Home is 1430sqft with large master with KG bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with Qn. bed and TV. Living room includes large smart tv, couch (with QN pull out), loveseat, 2 recliners and wood burning stove. Extra space in the sunroom seats up to 7 making it a great hang out for visiting, play games, or sleeping. Kitchen includes spices, cookware and updated stainless steel appliances . LVP flooring throughout. Enjoy time around the fire pit and cook up some S'mores. Covered parking for up to three vehicles. Includes high speed Internet with smart tv.

*Note - Outside surveillance cameras on property at each entrance and carport.

Lovely stay

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family, for a little trip to Mount Rainier. It had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. We'll definitely stay again.

Amazing stay

This property and home is stunning!!! Tons of space inside the home, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, tons of games and space for entertainment, beds are heavenly, quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we would have booked more evenings. Would definitely rebook in the future

Another great stay!

Great cottage in Packwood

Kitchen well equipped, large tv with plenty of seating, comfy beds, lots of hot water, covered parking. Loved the three season porch in the morning and after hiking! Close to MT Rainier National Park!

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our beautiful, very comfortable, well stocked vacation home! So close to the Steven's Canyon entrance to Mt Rainier Park, 20min drive. Town is close for grocery and restaurants. Comfy beds!!

An Incredible Stay!

A beautiful, roomy home right in the middle of nature. Very convenient location. House well-stocked with dishes, utensils, various food items, and more. It was wonderful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house in a private but convenient location.

The house is almost too nice but we loved it. Convenient to the national park and town. Kim is a great host!

Our Mountain Dreams Came True!

This is a wonderful vacation rental! We loved the privacy and the wooded location. We spent our days in Mount Rainier and our evenings at the house. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Our mountain dreams came true.

Great Stay

Hinkle Tinkle Hideaway was a great, quiet place to stay - we enjoyed the games and the porch, and we slept well in the comfortable beds. Everything was as described, and the host was very responsive and communicative. Thank you for sharing your home!

cozy and open

the place lives up to the promise of its name, "hinkle tinkle hideaway." lots of open airy space, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, lots of porch space (enclosed and open) and a huge lot. we really enjoyed our time here.

Great location to RMNP

We enjoyed our stay at the property on Hinkle Tinkle. Communication with the property manager, Kim was simple and quick. Appreciated a lovely spot near Mt. Rainier to use as 'home base.'

Feels like home!

Of all the cabins we've rented in Packwood, for us, this one feels the most like home. Plenty of space for the family and all of our ski gear, comfy beds, a nice size kitchen, and a toasty fireplace. We absolutely love it!

Great cabin weekend!

I stayed here for two nights with my friends. We spent the days hiking at Mount Rainier National Park and came back to the cabin for the evenings. The cabin was well stocked, clean, and met our needs. We loved the screened in porch room, hammock, grill and fire pit. The property manager was easy to communicate with and overall we had a great stay.

Perfect As Always

Our 3rd year in a row staying here in June. It was perfect, as it always is! Elk walked through the property as they do every year. Beautiful creek running through. It’s the perfect little spot in the woods, calm and serene. The home is outfitted very nicely and so clean! Comfortable and lovely!

Lovely getaway

Kim's place is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It's probably the best kitchen set up I've experienced. I also appreciated what she had available in the bathrooms. The home was very cozy and the beds were especially comfy. The property was beautiful and fun to explore. Kim was a great communicator and was very helpful.

Ski weekend with kids

My family with 2 girls ages 4 & 8 stayed here for a weekend ski trip. It was fabulous. Clean cozy and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with staples like oil for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband John and I both grew up in Hood River, OR and wanted our kids to experience the outdoors and small town experience. Packwood has delivered all this and more. We wanted to be in the mountains and love being located so close to Mt. Rainer and White Pass Ski Resort where both of our children, and many friends and family, have learned to ski.

The first time we drove into Packwood and looked up at Mt. Rainer we fell in love. We knew within the first 5 minutes of walking our property with Hinkle Tinkle creek running through it, the beautiful view of Goat Rocks, Johnson Peak and the short proximity to Cowlitz River, Mt. Rainer and White Pass Ski Resort that we had to have it.
