Todo muy bien , muy buen servicio, muy limpio, cerca de la playa , buen tamaño del estacionamiento. Todos los servicios disponibles, lo único que en el dormitorio no enfriaba tanto el aire como en la sala. De ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Christmas time in SPI

This was our first trip to SPI, TX. We were there for 9 days.Great property. Great location. Great stay. Would highly recommend. Only drawback is that the condo is privately owned so certain resort amenities, like towel exchange for ex., are not available. Wnd although the resort is beach front, the room itself does not have a view of the beach. These things were inconsequential to us and had no bearing on our vacation. Anne was quick to respond to any/all communications. The Tiki is a great resort and in a great location. We would definitely rent from Anne again.

Wonderful property

This accomodations had plenty of room and the kitchen was supplied with cookware needed to prepare meals. The beach is just a short walk away however there is not a beach view from this unit. Also be aware that this unit is located on the second floor and there are no elevators. This became a problem for me since I am disabled so if I stay again it will have to be on the first floor. I do recommend this location, it was easy to park and to get around the island.

Good place to stay

They advertise it as recently remodeled, but we thought it was remodeled more than five years ago, some things were broken, like the toulet paper holder, and the stove was inn pretty bad shape.

Nice place to stay by the beach

We had a great time and we stayed at a very nice unit. Everything we needed was there. Host was very good at communicating directions to us and no issues at all.

Perfect Place

Everything we needed for a beach vacay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of pillows for all the beds, and the remodel is great. Would stay again.

Excellent location, cute space

Super cute, quiet condo perfect for a couple or small family. Right in front of pool but facing the back of the property for added peace and quiet! Everything was perfect. Everything you need is probided including boogie boards

Great getaway

We had a great time even though a tropical storm came and rained and closed the beach for a day with the storm surge. The pool was right outside the unit and with the Disney channel our son didn’t mind having to stay in during the rain.

Great location, clean and easy vacay!

This spot was great for us! It is upstairs, but that didn’t bother us. We really liked the privacy of the balcony. As soon as you walk in, you notice it is spotless! This is just a few minute walk to the beach. A few bonuses- a retail store with golf cart rentals is steps away, beach wagon and enough towels for everyone. Great spot for our family of 4.

Mid week Vacation

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The resort is quiet and very well maintained. It has 2 pools and many lovely tropical plants. Our unit was up to date and had everything we needed.

Nice little condo near the beach. Perfect for what I needed. Anne was a wonderful lady and I enjoyed working with her. I even helped in a small way to repair where a previous user messed up the bedroom TV configuration.

Property was great except description says OCEAN FRONT which was inaccurate. We were in the 2nd set of buildings away from beach. No view whatsoever. Also the TV in the bedroom was not working.

Great long weekend getaway

We brought our two fur babies and The Tiki is perfect to bring pets and I appreciate that our host Anne allows two dogs. The Tiki had lots of green space for us to walk our dogs and the beach is steps away and the complex has its own entrance. The condo was comfortable, we spent most of our time outside at the beach and the condo made that convenient. Thank you Anne.

South Padre Island Getaway

We had the best time! This condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly located. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We will definitely stay again!
