Great stay, great location

The unit was clean and modern, very comfortable. So close to the beach. Great pool. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful, Clean, comfy place for our family vacation! Great kitchen with everything you could need. Nice showers in both bathrooms, comfortable beds. Close to the pool, close to the beach. Having a place to feel "at home" for the stay makes for a wonderful vacation.Thank you!

The accomadations were what we expected as shown in pics. Very clean and very good location with ease to the beach. Great communications for the owner. Would definately stay again.

Really nice property. Pictures don’t do it justice! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The showers were amazing! Owner Ms Cathy was really easy to talk to and made sure we had a great stay.

Amazing Vacation

This home was perfect for our needs. It was right off the beach and next to a local shop that made it easy to walk everywhere. The homes location was the least of it, the beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean from the get go. A definite place we plan to return too.

Perfect family vacation

Cathy was great and so helpful. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach. The bed was so comfortable and we will be back.

We believe South Padre Island has the Prettiest and Best Groomed Beach in Texas. This property is located in very close proximity to the many restaurants, sports bars, and beach activities. YET, extremely relaxing and quiet. We are located steps away from the beach

The Grounds on the Tiki Property are beautiful, lush, and Tropical. Exactly what you would expect in a Beach Resort. Such Different views during the day and night. Day brings fresh flowers, plants, and paths to enjoy, and at night the beautiful landscape lighting brings another amazing view of the grounds.

The Heated pools are available all year; yes even in December they are enjoyed by owners and guests.
