The condo was very well organized and had everything we needed for our five-night stay, including cookware, plenty of beach towels, and other essentials. It is conveniently located near the beach, and the balcony offers a beautiful beach view. Being pet-friendly was a huge plus for us! I would highly recommend both the host and the property!

We always go to SPI for my husband’s birthday. Prior to this year we stayed at the Marriott facing the ocean. This year our dates didn’t allow us to get the room we wanted. The Tiki is right next door so I looked into renting a condo and I am glad we did. We will definitely be staying at this VRBO in the future. Beautiful view of the ocean, clean and had everything we needed, plus we could cook and have coffee without leaving.

If you want to stay in S Padre Island, seriously consider this condo.On the beach. Everything you need and want is close by. We are closer to Galveston but will probably return here. It's got everything we wanted.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this beach condo. The condo was nicely decorated. The beach view from the deck was amazing and had an awesome sunrise view. Each room was immaculately clean and smelled pleasant. The kitchen was fully accommodated with cookware, the bathroom was stocked with nice clean towels and there was a closet with beach accessories. The property was kept clean and the pool was never crowded. The best part— the hostess followed up with us to make sure we checked in ok and had everything we needed. Overall we had a nice and relaxing stay and will definitely book this condo again.

Such a wonderful place and a most gracious host. The balcony is the best seat on the island to see the Clayton's fireworks and the sunrise. And for us, the lunar eclipse where the telescope in the condo was a plus. The condo is very comfortable and clean and literally steps from the beach. There is beach equipment in the closet or umbrella/chairs rentals on the beach. If you like a more secluded beach, a short walk past Clayton's and you can have the sand and waves to yourself. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

Beach view was just as indicated. Everything you could need was available. Check in was simple and the host communication was great. This was the a great place to stay. I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with ocean views from the living room and bedroom. Equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Karen is quick to respond and address any questions or concerns. We love staying here and look forward to our next visit.

The big side condo view from the third floor was spectacular. The room in the condo was immaculate. The check-in date and conferring with the host was superior all in all. This was a wonderful adventure. I would rate this as an A class thank you Karen for making this a wonderful vacation.

This is our second year, fantastic place, hope to be back again next spring! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay. Balcony is a favorite spot for sure! Easy walk or bus ride to everything island has to offer.
