No pets allowed. We are very sorry, but our family has multiple members that are allergic and also suffer from asthma. No large gatherings or events. Maximum 7 overnight guests.
This beautiful 1600 square foot, fully furnished house with two living areas to relax in is just a 2 minute walk to the covered dock in a quiet, wonderful cove. It sits back from the street nestled in the tall trees. It has a wrap around deck to enjoy the cool quiet evenings.
Our house at the lake features hardwood floors throughout the downstairs living areas, beautiful, functional kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has a keurig and a crock pot!
There is a king bed in the upstairs master suite with a private bath and private deck. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The kids' room has a single over full bunk bed.
There are two living areas, one with a large flat screen tv, the other is just off the kitchen with two cozy chairs for reading or chatting.
There are two TV's in the house and WiFi, but also a tv for DVD's only in the kids' room. We've also provided some of our favorite board games, puzzles and a few decks of cards for quality "disconnected" family time without the distraction of electronic devices.
The house sits on a secluded cove that is wide and deep and is bordered on one side by an un-populated peninsula. This cove is big enough to play in all day and we rarely feel the need to even leave it, but we're just 5-10 minute boat ride to Gainesville Marina which has a gas dock as well as Skogies on Lanier.
The single slip dock will easily accommodate up to a 24' boat.
Our home is conveniently located just minutes from shopping at Wal-mart, Target, Kohls, Old Navy, Marshall's, Ross, Publix, Academy, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Great dining is close by at Texas Road House, Cheddar's, Olive Garden, Wild Wings & Panera Bread.
This home has recently added a stacked washer/dryer. There is also a fabulous laundro-mat literally right across the street from the neighborhood. It is very clean and nice. You can wash multiple loads at once and be out the door in about an hour!

You will find ample parking on the driveway. Do NOT park on any of the grass. We have a septic and water main that could be compromised.
No off-road (ATV, dirt-bike type vehicles) allowed anywhere on our property or the corps property.
Please do not move the grill. Someone moved it beside the kitchen window and the heat the grill put off caused the window to break.

Great place to stay at, loved the access to a boat dock. Owner allowed for early access which helped greatly. Was able to see deer every morning on my way to go fishing. A Host.

Our family of five stayed here for a week on vacation, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The home was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and right at home.The host was wonderful,checking in with us throughout our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.We especially loved the lake access and the peaceful setting. This property exceeded our expectations in every way, and we made so many wonderful family memories here. "Our family stayed here for a long weekend and the property was exactly as described. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with bright sunlit rooms, and a kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware we needed. The location is peaceful yet a short drivers to nearby restaurants and walk to the lake. The host was incredibly responsive and check-in was a breeze. We would absolutely book again!"

Exactly as listed and more. Host was a great communicator and periodically checked to see if we needed anything. Stores and restaurants close by. Lake a 2 minute walk with water warm if you like to swim. Paddle boats added more adventure to the stay.

Host is amazing! Had a long trip and arrived very late, host responded super quick! Great location, clean, nice place!!! If in the area book this one!

A group of my friends and I do a week of fishing together on Lake Lanier every April. For the last 3 years we have rented this house. The host, Deana, has this house well organized and equipped. Also, Deana is very responsive and quickly resolves any issue that may arise. My group looks forward to our stay here next year.

Booked our yearly fishing trip with Deana and it could not have gone better! The house, lake, and Deana were all perfect. Four men stayed at the house very comfortably and the house was well stocked, clean, easy to get to and the walk to the lake was perfect for my old man. The path was gentle, clean, and easy to get up and down. Deana was an amazing host. She was super accommodating and great communication from beginning to end. As for the fisherman this is an awesome cove. High water dock even when the lake levels were low and fish all over we didn’t have to go far to catch some big fish. 100% will stay here again and highly recommend it, thanks Deana!

Would stay again
We stayed with our three sons for the week of Fourth of July. We would absolutely stay again. Great accommodations and close to all things!

The house was perfect for our stay with friends while attending the Petit Le Mans race at Road Atlanta, which is 20 minutes away. In a quiet road, the house has a lovely feel about it and was spotlessly clean with good clear instructions. Deana the owner was welcoming and really helpful with any questions we had. If we’re lucky enough to come back to this area we would definitely look to stay here again.
