Aug 8 and later, special from $135 per night, plus cleaning/linen/tax.

Golf villa is located right on the golf course with an incredible golf course view from living area and the master bedroom. It is a first floor unit with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a screened in porch facing the golf course. It is two buildings away from swimming pool and hot tub.
Beautifully decorated, it has upgraded luxury vinyl flooring throughout living and bedrooms, custom-painted walls, and titled floor in kitchen, foyer and bathrooms. There are one king, one queen, and two single beds. There are three TVs, 65 inch in the living room, 40 inch in master room, and a 39 inch in queen bedroom. We provide fully-equipped kitchen, linens, and towels.

The Condominium of Sunset Village is at the Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club, at the northern end of the well known Grand Strand. It has two swimming pools and two hot tubs, plus tennis courts. The unsoiled beach at Sunset Beach and the world’s seafood capital, Calabash, are only five minutes away. North Myrtle Beach is 15 minutes to the south and Wilmington is 40 minutes to the north. Besides the Dan Maple designed 27-hole Sandpiper Golf Course, the area has numerous well known courses, including those at Angels Trace (two), Sea Trail (three), The Pearl (two), Thistle, Ocean Ridge (three), and Oyster Bay Keywords: Golf Condominium

We enjoyed our week so much! The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything you would need to cook full meals (I don't cook on vacation lol). The beds were very comfortable and the condo is spacious. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is a wonderful place to stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information beforehand so that our check-in and check-out were simple. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect property for our visit to Sunset Beach. Very close to the pool and just a short drive to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Owner was quick to respond to my questions and the home had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing family vacation.

Spacious, furnished very nicely and thoughtfully with everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. Pool access and close to Calabash dining and shopping with short drive to the beach.

Summer Vacation

We were very late arriving on our first night. But, the directions and instructions for entry from the host were perfect. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. Very enjoyable and clean. I would definitely request to stay here again in the future.

Sandpiper Bay

Mei is very easy to communicate with and the location is ideal. Minutes from Calabash and Sunset Beach. Great place if you want to be somewhere very close to the Myrtle area, but still have some peace and quiet.

Fabulous beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, the pool was a short walking distance and the beach was only a 7 min drive. My son enjoyed several rounds of golf also. The condo was nice and very clean. No issues at all. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely visit again.

Great Stay

We spent our spring break at Sunset Beach and it didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect - clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the pool. We enjoyed looking out over the pond and the golf course - so peaceful. We often spent afternoons by the pool followed by bike rides around the community. (It was still a little too chilly for the beach.) We would certainly stay here again.

Mei, our host was wonderful. We were traveling from MA to NC a day or two before they were hit with a freak snow storm. She contacted us and was concern about our safety due the road conditions in Sunset Beach. We had already determined we would expand our normal two days of travel to three to insure we wouldn’t encounter any adverse conditions. Hearing her concern was greatly appreciated. Her unit is very comfortable and homey with many more amenities than a previous Sandpiper Bay rental.

Great Condo

Mei, our host, was both helpful and friendly. Her condo is beautiful and well equipped (no need to bring any clothes hangers). The location facing one of the senior tees on the Piper course was entertaining. We appreciated the fact that the condo was redone with vinyl floors with no carpet. The first floor is also a plus for seniors carrying a lot of baggage and golf clubs. Thank you Mei and we will be in contact in the future.

Ideal for a Golf Vacation

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for golf vacations multile times, and this place was as great as always. Location for golf is amazing, the condo was exactly as advertised, nice size rooms, well equiped kitchen, even the beach necessaries were at our disposal. Thank you May for being so responsive when an issue came up with the Wifi. We had a great time!
