We had an excellent stay! Easy to access, nice furniture, cold fridge. Beds were made and condo clean, quite a few supplies as well like trash bags, soap etc. Great for a weekend getaway at a nice, quiet location. A few light bulbs need to be replaced. Love the little porch.Convenient to Sunset or Ocean Isle, realty company was great to work with.

This property is spacious and easily accommodates 6 people. It is close to the beach and local restaurants.Although we enjoyed it here the property could use some TLC...blinds broken, fans could use extended cords for reaching, one bedroom is without a TV.

We loved the location of this condo but had a few things worth making note about Yes it’s a pet friendly home but when we pulled the comforter back there was dog hair on the sheets and on the pillows so we switched the pillows from another roomAlso the shower in the main bedroom was a pain to get going properly and we also found spots of mold on the inside shower linerThe host was very responsive

“Had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly the whole time. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. The hot tub was a nice bonus and helped make the stay relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful stay!”

The recliner was broken and I reached out to the local realtor office which said a repairman would be by to fix it but wasn’t fixed during our stay. It was nice that our 2 dogs were welcome to stay. The condo size was very comfortable.

Overall, our stay was great!We would recommend additional sets of towels...a TV in the 3rd bedroom....and longer cords on the ceiling fans for easier reach.

Great Golf Getaway

Condo was perfect for our golf getaway to celebrate my son‘s upcoming wedding. Everything on the property, including the pool and hot tub, was clean and contributed to an overall great experience. We played the course on the property and the starter and all the staff were exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Change the shower head in both bathrooms, the shower curtain in the bedroom that leads to the patio had mold on it so I had to clean it off with my wipes. There was know detergent to wash the dishes so I had to buy some. And the pillows need to the wash or replace.

It’s our go-to in the area

We return every year for a baseball tournament in Bolivia and we choose to stay here. It’s on a beautiful golf course, a short drive to the beach and a short drive to some great restaurants. Quiet neighbors and a welcoming home. You must stay here!

Quiet Getaway

It was wonderful. My only issue was not being able to find the trash dumpster. A map showing where it is would be helpful.

The place is comfortable and a beautiful deck view of the golf course. The throw rug in the kitchen and master bath were both unwashed. They were dirty. No wash cloths or kitchen towels available. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that we had to put away from the previous renter.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you experienced housekeeping issues. We work diligently to ensure every property is properly cared for and clean upon arrival. If we fall short of your expectations, we have a team available to make it right and ensure you have a comfortable stay. An early check-in was extended to you on the arrival day 3 hours ahead of standard check-in time so housekeeping may not have had the opportunity to go back and remove the dishes from the dishwasher. Once guests have checked-in housekeeping does not enter the property unless there is a guest request for service. We would have been happy to send the crew back over to address the items noted had the office been contacted. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and hope you will visit again in the future.

Overall very happy - rug/runner in entrance way/hallway should be removed as it poses a trip/fall hazard and intermittent issues with cable tv / otherwise happy with stay and amenities

Great property. Needs updating.

Great property but furniture and linens need updating. Needs occasional “spring cleaning “. Some bulbs in bathrooms need replaced. Bathroom vents very dirty, kitchen drawers are dirty. Checkout asked for trash to be taken out but no directions to where (no where close by). Unit should be listed as upstairs.
