Also many museums , café and restaurants ,art galleries ,bookshops are around . From this charming address , you can walk to most of the Parisian sites .You will have the choice to make your visits with a Velib , metro or bus that are easy to find around .

Near the park

We enjoyed our stay. Caroline was a good communicator, and the apartment was comfortable, with especially good closets and storage space. It is quiet and very close to the Jardin du Luxembourg. There are good shops and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

So Wonderful...

This apartment was exactly as described, and thus, impeccable: clean, warm, cozy, quiet, lovely, and in a great pocket of Paris. (The added bonus for us is that it's just a kilometer from close friends.) Caroline was quick, clear, and responsive from the moment we inquired about booking, and she was prompt, intuitive, and kind regarding questions—even on Christmas Eve! We can't wait to go back. 2 week France trip

It was a perfect place to stay ! Caroline was amazing and greeted us in person and gave us a tour and introduction to the apartment. It’s has everything that you would need and we really appreciated the location. Groceries right around the corner and close to metro and bus stops. I can not wait to come back ❤️🇫🇷

Loved Caroline’s apartment

Very nice apartment with separate living, eating and sleeping areas. All the comforts of home. Caroline was very responsive and an extremely nice person. The area was convenient to metro and walking distance to busy Latin Quarter. We would definitely stay there again.

Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! Our hostess, Caroline met us on arrival and made check in easy. She was available in the building if we needed anything, but we never did since the apartment had all the essentials. She also had great suggestions for local restaurants and shops. The building was in a great location and area was very safe and secure. Close to everything, but tucked away on a side street and very quiet for sleeping. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful place

Wonderful light, bright and warm place to stay while exploring Paris in the winter. My family (3 adults) had a great 8 night visit. Host was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries, also had a great list of shops, bakeries, delis, restaurants, etc.. Comfortable bed (2 people) and couch (1person), complete kitchen and nice living space to enjoy while taking a break from seeing the city. Quiet at night. Close to public transportation.

A wonderful home away from home

We loved Caroline’s apartment, and we were so warmly greeted by her when we arrived and she was so helpful throughout our two-week stay. We have lived in Paris and have stayed there many times, and in many arrondissements but this was the first time we have stayed in the 6th. Caroline’s apartment is on a small street next to the beautiful Luxembourg Garden where we frequently walked, and within easy walking distance of very good restaurants and the extraordinary La Grande Épicerie where we bought food provisions. The apartment is also within easy walking distance of much of central Paris, even the Bastille Opera where we saw two operas. The apartment is in a small building, the cleanest apartment building we’ve ever seen in Paris, impeccably so, one apartment on each of the two floors, a small elevator. The apartment itself is small but that is normal in Paris, with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (with a walk-in shower). The kitchen is well-equipped, and there was always plenty of hot water. We are so happy that we were able to find this apartment and we plan to return whenever we can. Comfortable, clean and convenient apartment!

Had a lovely week in Paris here. Even in a heatwave, the apartment was comfortable with plentiful fans. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and entire apartment was very clean. If you are coming in from the airport, this apartment is VERY convenient to the direct RER... literally across the street. There are also bus lines that are convenient to get around the city. It's a nice, calm neighborhood. Will definitely return!

Fabulous Location and perfect little Paris apartment...

We absolutely loved this little, stylish, comfortable, perfectly equipped, light and bright apartment. We stayed here for the full 13 days we were in Paris. The location could not have been more perfect- less than a half block to the Luxembourg Gardens. We walked to the Seine, to the Louvre, to the Cluny, etc. Caroline was very organized and made us feel welcomed. I will hope to stay here again when I return to Paris in the future.

Fantastic, well set up apartment in a great area of Paris.

Grad Trip for Annelise

Perfect location next to Luxembourgh garden and walking distance from most sites we wanted to visit. Beautiful weather, awesome monuments, castles, churches, museums, food, street-side dining. It was a trip of a lifetime for my granddaughter and me.

Location great: adjacent to Luxembourg Gardens

Our 1 wk stay was complicated by my husband and I contracting a GI virus that kept us sequestered in the apt for almost 4 full days. Caroline was very kind and offered to arrange medical help and get food or pharmacy items for us. The apt was adequate for our needs and the bed was king size and very comfortable. The bathroom was small, typical of Paris apts. The kitchen had both a dishwasher and a washing machine both easy to operate.

Excellent rental

The appartement is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable and well designed. Caroline is a wonderful host : welcoming, reactive and incredibly nice. The location is wonderful, away from the crowds yet very close to the city center. We will definitely come back

Wonderful stay at this nice apt in Paris

The apt is roomy, clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The apt is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Saint Germain, right by Luxembourg garden, with restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and transportation located nearby. We really enjoyed short walk by the garden to nearby bakeries in the morning to get fresh croissants. We felt we were actually living in Paris, instead of just being tourists. Caroline, our hosts, is very nice, responsive and accommodating to our needs. The information she provided on restaurants, bakeries, stores for cheese, wine, etc, was very helpful.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is very comfortable, exactly as it appears in the photos, and Caroline is the perfect hostess. Caroline was in touch before my arrival to be sure that I knew exactly how to get to the apartment, etc., and she was available throughout my stay in case I needed anything. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and then explained how everything worked (oven, washing machine, etc.), suggested neighborhood restaurants, and generally made sure that I was comfortable. A day or two after my arrival, Caroline checked in to ask if I needed anything from her. The apartment is well located, very close to the Jardin du Luxembourg, and a pleasant walk to the Louvre or the Musee d'Orsay. I had a lovely stay -- quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, however, on my last day I somehow injured my hip, and on the morning of my departure it seemed impossible to manage the RER. I called Caroline to ask if there was a taxi stand nearby. She asked if she could order a taxi for me, which she did. Without her help, I do not know how I could have made it to the airport. In summary, a wonderful apartment with an incredibly thoughtful and gracious hostess!

Perfect paris apartment

Caroline is an excellent host. Her availability and communication couldn’t be more attentive. The apartment was lovely, perfect for 2. Beautiful building with a very modern(if small) elevator which is a bit of luxury for Paris. It is perfect if you have some knowledge of the area as it is in a quiet area but close to places if you know your way around…(it does seem to close down early in the evenings) The Latin quater is on the other side of the gardens so a bit of a walk but a lovely one and just moments away from the metro. The apartment itself is immaculate, cozy and elegant with high ceilings and wooden floors. Lots of light. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is great. Only 2 things that I will mention as I would’ve appreciated the info (and this is completely a personal opinion) the bed is very firm and can be hard to sleep on. There are 2 single (bed) couches in the lounge room and I ended up joining my daughter on one of those. The other thing is even though it stipulates there is a Italian coffee machine there is only an American style filter. Just means you need to venture a couple of blocks for morning coffee… small details in an otherwise perfect stay. We loved it.

Confortable, lumineux et très bien localisé

Il s'agit d'un appartement 2 pièces très confortable et très ouvert à la lumière naturelle. Il est très bien par 2 personnes, encore que puisse recevoir plus une en la salle. La décoration est agréable et les machines de la cuisine e pour laver des linges sont super. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été souvent facile, gentile et agréable. Il est très bien localisée.

Very well located and comfortable

We spent nine days in Paris staying in this very well located and comfortable apartment. We greatly appreciated the fact that Caroline, the owner who speaks excellent English, lives in the building and was on hand to assist us on arrival and during our stay till the very last moment. It is our hope that we can return to Paris and stay in this apartment again... and again!

Lovely apartment in wonderful location

My husband and I had a wonderful, 8 night stay at Caroline's. The apartment is beautiful, exactly as pictured, with high ceilings and tall windows that create an airy feeling. The attractive interior design makes efficient use of space in each room. We appreciated being able to completely unpack, stow luggage and enjoy the apartment as though it was our own for our time in Paris. Caroline's attention to detail provides everything you need for a comfortable stay- guide books and information on Paris, lovely linens, comfortable bed and sofas, great kitchen for when you want to eat in, fast internet for work or research during your visit, even a vacuum and... a high quality hairdryer which is a huge bonus during travel! Caroline is a wonderful host and was responsive throughout answering numerous questions prior to booking, providing details on how to travel to the convention center and other useful information. She greeted us personally upon arrival to provide an introduction to the apartment and instructions on using the heat, appliances, etc. And she remained in touch as needed throughout our stay. Location of this apartment was perfect for us. We loved walking through the Luxembourg Gardens and shopping at the local market for wine, cheese and light groceries. The location is quiet, but just a short walk from the bustle of Saint Germain des Pres. The RER Train is only a block away, Uber service is great, but we mostly walked and walked! There is a wonderful little cafe just across the esplanade, Ma Cachette, which serves dinner until late. We dined there twice, and on our second night the charming owner greeted as though we were old friends- excellent food and atmosphere, highly recommend! We loved our stay on Rue Herschel and would be happy to stay again when we return to Paris. Very highly recommend!

Lovely apartment

I was in Paris for 2 weeks for work and stayed at Caroline's apartment near the Jardin du Luxembourg. It was wonderful. The apartment is on the 4th floor (there's a small elevator) and gets lots of light. The place is very centrally located and is in a very nice building. It's comfortable and tastefully decorated. I will definitely try to stay there again next time I have a trip to Paris.

Super Convenient and Quiet

The apartment was as described, an excellent location and on a quiet street. Just a few steps to the RER and a park the apartment was perfect for sight seeing and relaxing. The only disappointment was the inoperable dryer cycle on the wash/dryer. However we will stay at the apartment again if available in the fall.

Perfect for a couple

The apartment is great, Caroline is a very good and helpful hostess. Lots of great little neighborhood bistros and restaurants. Easy access to really good bus routes to the major sites. Take the bus... it’s much more fun than the metro and you can see places you would never otherwise see. Go down to the RER, buy 10 tickets on the machine, or as many as you want. Gotta have a credit card...!!! Or pay pay the driver 2 euro. Our 4th trip to Paris and I finally discovered the bus system!!!! Thank you Caroline

The location of the apartment was of course the main reason .Inside , It has been created in a very simple way . Designed in a mix of contemporary and charming style , clear and easy to work with . It is on an upper floor , which gives the light that is sometimes missing in Paris .
It is located in a quiet building in a popular arrondissement . Easy access to the metro , buses, and Velib system.Walking distance to most of the popular sites in Paris.
There is one bedroom , separated from the main room , and also a real kitchen where you can lunch . Bedclothes and linen are provided .
