We loved our stay here! For my birthday weekend in Newport, my girlfriends and I stayed at The Barn and we cannot stop raving about how amazing the place was. Very clean, exactly as depicted. Plenty of space for everyone. My friends loved the bunk bed room, but my favorite was the primary! We all wound up getting ready together in there due to the massive bathroom and plethora of mirrors. The backyard is stunning and we loved sitting out there during sunset. Teresa was super responsive when we had a silly question and no doubt she would be great if we did have any issues! Cannot recommend staying here enough! Hope to be back for another girls weekend soon!

The property was wonderful both inside and outside, making us feel right at home. Our group of four couples enjoyed the peaceful backyard, a perfect spot to relax and unwind in the evening. Inside, there was plenty of space for everyone, with each of us having our own cozy bedroom and bathroom. The bunkroom felt surprisingly charming, not at all like a typical kids' room. The location was just right for exploring Newport and the nearby areas. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend renting this lovely place from Teresa – it truly made our stay special!

The Barn is a beautiful, well appointed home. The back yard is glorious, attracting deer, bunnies, egrets etc. Booking was easy and the arrival process was smooth. Our communication with the homeowner was all positive.

Amazing House & Location

We had such a great time at this house. 5 stars but the only minor issue was there were wasps outside so we couldn’t spend too much time on the deck. The bunk beds were extremely comfortable for adults. We highly recommend this house!
