Beautiful bright new home, walk to Easton's Beach

Beautiful, sunlit new build perfect for year round adventures in Newport and Middletown. Come and stay with us and bring your family and friends. Spacious open floor plan 5 bedroom home (4 bedrooms on 2nd floor and 1 bedroom on lower level) Furnished with office, gym, laundry room, Golden Tee arcade game, 5 flat screen televisions, wifi, netflix, deck and back patio with fire pit.

Walking distance to Newport's Easton Beach, Cliff Walk, Newport Beach House (wedding venue), Carousel, Aquarium and local Middletown restaurants and shops. Child friendly! Please email me to confirm rates and dates as we may be flexible on some of the minimum nights etc. Please no pets or smoking and minimum age for renters is 27. Thanks! Great house for large groups

Mary Ellen is kind, helpful, and responsive. Check in and check out were so easy. The house is huge! We had 6 adults and 4 young kids and had more than enough space for our group. We could spread out as needed or all be together comfortably in the main living/ kitchen space. The kids loved eating at the big round table. The house is in a great location for exploring all that Newport/ Middletown have to offer. We would definitely stay again.

Early Summer Weekend Trip

My friends and I had a great stay at this lovely home back in June! It was big enough to accommodate us all. It is in a great location - easy access to downtown Newport and nearby food spots. Parking was easy for a big group with multiple cars. As a group of only girls, we didn't feel comfortable utilizing the downstairs bedroom, but I'm sure it's great for families. Thank you to Mary Ellen for her excellent communication as well!

Wedding weekend in Newport

My niece was getting married at the Eisenhower House. As a family we decided to rent a house and be all together rather than rent rooms in hotels and be scattered about Newport. This home was PERFECT......plenty of room, clean, beautiful yard and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for a group weekend trip!

The property is in a great location, very close to the heart of Newport (@2 miles). The house was a great size and accommodated the 10 adults in our party.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the owner responded in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit. I would highly recommend this rental.

Spacious for group

House and size for a large group is great. Missing a few basic amenities. Mattresses are old and some items need fixing. Overall decent house. Communication with host was great

Beautiful house!

My group and I had a wonderful weekend here! The house was beautiful and spacious-perfect fir a large group. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient-you can see the water and just a few minutes drive to downtown Newport. Mary Ellen was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house for your next Newport getaway!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was open and spacious and had all of the amenities we could have wanted. Beautiful updated kitchen, water view (which was a surprise to us!) and large deck to enjoy a cup of coffee on. The homeowner was responsive to questions and made herself readily available if needed. Five stars!

Great place for a reunion

Eight old friends got together for a weekend reunion. There was plenty of room for all of us, and there is a nice big living area where we could congregate. The main kitchen appliances are great, including a double oven . The cooking utensils were a bit lacking, particularly smaller sauce pans and a large frying pan or griddle we were looking for, and measuring cups and spoons. We cooked some soup, but there was no soup ladle to serve it. We also had to pick up some dish towels from someone who lives locally. (We did all our cooking at the house rather than going out to Newport restaurants.) The host had communicated well in advance of our gathering. An improvement that could be made is fixing the front steps to the house. They angle a bit and several of us found it slightly difficult to go up and down them. We also could have used a couple more big chairs in the living room. The house sleeps 10 easily, but seating in the living room doesn't match that capacity. We would have loved to use the lovely gas fireplace, but it's not in operation. We also recommend some bedside lamps to better accommodate reading before going to bed. All in all, the house is a great find. There's also terrific exercise equipment downstairs for anyone looking for that. The kitchen is spacious and

Spacious and Spotless New Home - Huge Kitchen and Great Room

This house is spacious and provided ample room for our three families with young children to gather for a lovely New Years away. Pros: Spotless and clean Giant great room with huge kitchen table perfect for accommodating a large gathering. Fire pit and play yard which we loved! Great views of the water and magnificent sunsets Two cribs for younger children Quick drive to Newport and in extremely close to beach and cliff walk Great basement room for kids to run around (adults and kids both enjoyed arcade game). Excellent communication from owner who called before our stay to see if we had any questions. Toys and books for young children on the property. Cons: The house appears to be very new and may be missing some things the owners expect to add. Most notably, in two upstairs bedrooms there were no curtains or shades. This posed a problem for not only privacy but for sleeping. In addition, though of less concern, the first floor is wonderfully open with huge windows everywhere. However, there are again no curtains or shades which created a slightly awkward fishbowl effect at night. The fireplace does not work (though the owner alerted us to this in her welcome letter). We happened to bring crib sheets, but none were provided by property. Overall, all three families very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Moms Weekend

This house was a perfect place for us to get away for a quick mom’s weekend. It was conveniently located near the cliff walk and a quick Uber ride to downtown Newport. The house was nice and clean and offered a lot of space. Everybody was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. The open floor plan allowed for us all to be able to hang out downstairs comfortably. We also liked the ability to be able to work out on our stay as well. The house is well stocked, not only with linens but paper goods. This helped our packing. Maryellen was also very responsive through the app. I would definitely rent again from not only her but also at this location.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The home was in a perfect location for quick Uber rides to all of our planned events for my sister in law’s bachelorette weekend. The host accommodated a request for early check in, which worked perfectly for our group as we were all traveling from about two hours away. We experienced a small plumbing issue upon check in but the host responded to our inquiry and had the issue resolved within an hour. The home was plenty spacious for our group and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for a chef-prepared meal. The home could benefit from more seating in the great room. Thank you for a great stay!

Rhode Island family weekend

Amazing house!!! location is perfect spot near Newport RI. Very spacious clean and plenty of room for our family plus+. Also had nice water views to see sunsets in distance We were very happy!!!

Wonderful Stay

Great property! It was spacious, clean and organized. Deck was beautiful to relax on with water views. It was close to beach, Flo's :). Communication was clear and quick from the owner. We had a weekend away with no kiddos, but was saying if we had them was definitely kid friendly! Definitely recommend!

Lots of comfy beds! A water view. It worked well for our wedding weekend. The location is great. You can tell that it gets booked often. MaryEllen was easy to communicate with.
