Very clean and spacious

Very clean place. No issues entering gated community. Pool was excellent and very close by. Maybe could have had more paper products available (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, ect...), but overall it was an excellent experience.

Very nice place

Beautiful place. Right near pool but no pool noise at all. Neat slides! Easy access to all the Disney Parks. Walmart just around the corner. Owner was a good communicator and very understanding about the change in our travel plans due to the hurricane. The only thing that was a little quirky is that the a/c had some limitations — couldn’t set it lower at night due to some freezing issues.

Fantastic Florida Resort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Martin's Windsor condo. Everything was clean, and the condo felt roomy and met all of our needs. The pool area was so nice, and the slides and splash area were surprisingly very fun! We played ping pong, worked out in the gym, and lounged around the pool pretty much every day. The only suggestion I have is that the condo be supplied with a few more rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher soap, and other things like that. But other than that, we loved it!

very nice place

Although the condo wasn't what I thought I booked it was better loved it. one problem was there were little bugs in the kitchen from the first night on and they were jumping on us when we sat on sofas, they appeared to be fleas. Over all stay and complex was awesome kids loved the pool area. Carts would have been nice to lug luggage.

Disney trip

The property was great! When we decided to stay outside of a Disney park we were looking for a property just like this. It had more than enough space for our group of 3 adults & 1 child and was a super convenient 15 min drive to the parks. We enjoyed the pool and water slides during our down time. I would highly recommend!

Spacious Clean Condo in Great Location

Upon entering Martin's property we were blown away by the spaciousness. The condo is sparkling clean and has a nice flowing layout with high ceilings. The area is very quiet and has lots of mature greenery. We enjoyed using the big heated pool and jacuzzi. The location was perfect for our daytime plans because Universal is 20 minutes away and The Magic Kingdom is 10. The host was easy to contact and professional. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful home with top notch amenities. The pool was amazing.

Our kids loved this condo. The clubhouse and pool/splash pad and water slides kept the kids entertained.

Absolutely perfect

We had an amazing stay, there’s not a single negative thing to say about this property! It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size. We were a family of four, but there was definitely room for more. The location to Disney world was perfect, just a short 10 min drive! The pool was beautifully maintained and it was a great temperature for chilly evening swims!! Martin was fantastic to communicate with and very quick to respond to any of our needs!! Thank you so much for everything, this property made our vacation just that much better. Without a doubt, we would stay again.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Very close to the Disney parks and convenient. It's in a gated community, which made us feel safer. I liked the use of a code to input for opening the door to our condo, rather than having to use a key/key card. There were just a couple minor issues: 1. The condo was supposed to come with one dishwasher tab so that we could run the dishwasher on the morning we checked out. There was no tab, so we had to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a whole package of tabs just to run the dishwasher one time. 2. There was supposed to be a roll of paper towels supplied in the kitchen, but there were none. 3. Some other guest's vehicle's alarm kept going off for about 20 minutes non-stop every night at exactly 3:00 a.m. I have no idea why that kept happening or why the owner of the vehicle could not stop this. But every night we were awakened and could not go back to sleep until finally the alarm stopped. Not the community's direct fault, but I would have expected the property management to work with the vehicle's owner to stop that from happening, or make him park his vehicle elsewhere. I don't know why they didn't address the issue.

Nice Condo but Transparency is needed for renters

This was our first long term booking in central Florida. We booked this condo based on location and listing photos. The condo was immaculate clean. We learned about significant restrictions with AC unit upon checkin. We experienced many warm days during our stay (80-85 degrees) and given the limitations for setting AC, we were warm much of the time, especially at night, affecting our sleep. AC cannot be set lower than 72 and recommended range is 75-80? That is balmy at best and for top floor condo, really unacceptable. The owner was responsive about out concerns, but would not issue a refund so we could go to a place without AC limitations. He did offer to buy a fan, but we had to pick it up - at our expense (gas to go get it) and it really wouldn't have helped. The owner said he is installing fans in all rooms after our stay, but when temps are in the 90s during summer, doubt it will help cool things off alot? We can't recommend the condo based on our experience and don't think ours was the only complaint regarding this issue. The furniture in the living room listing photos is not what we found in the condo - we based on decision to stay at this condo in part, based on the photos in the listing. The owner said he is updating the photos, but they remain unchanged two weeks after we left. Overall disappointed with this experience as the owner should have disclosed about the AC limitations and also the change in furniture in the living room.

Condo bien situé

Condo très bien situé, à quelques pas de la piscine et des glissades d'eau. Windsors hills est un beau secteur sécuritaire à proximité des parcs de Disney (15 min environ) et des commerces et restaurants (walmart, publix, target, olive garden, starbucks, taco bell, etc). Environ à 30 min de l'aéroport d'Orlando (avec 1 péage Eazypass à passer) Condo très confortable, fidèle aux photos. Wifi performant. Nous aurions aimé toutefois qu'il soit un peu mieux équipé. Par exemple, nous avions seulement 3 rouleaux de papier de toilettes pour 10 jours et étions 2 adultes et 2 adolescents. Il n'y avait qu'un seul sac à poubelle, pas de savon a vaisselle, pas de sel/poivre, pas de papier d'aluminium, pas de mouchoirs, etc. Quand on loue un condo ou une maison, on ne s'attend pas à devoir acheter ces choses... ce sont des items difficiles à trouver en petits formats donc on achète un gros format et on laisse le reste sur place... en espérant que les gens du ménage aient laissé le tout sur place pour que les prochains en profitent! On a acheté un ballon de basket et on l'a laissé dans le condo pour donner au suivant! Communication très facile avec le propriétaire, les informations reçues etaient claires et exactes.

Weekend getaway with friends

It was a great place for what we needed it for! Disappointed that there was not salt & Pepper, paper towels, wash clothes, dish soap or tissues in the condo! That seemed very odd and was frustrating!

Additional charges

I was notified by the owner that there would be an additional charges because it was reported that the thermostat was lowered to an unacceptable temperature. I have so many concerns about this! I have used VRBO facilities many times and this has never happened! First, it was cold so there was on reason for the temperature to be lowered. It does not make logical sense. Second, even if it occurred who charges guest additional fees for lowering the temperature? Especially in Florida! Third, I wonder if this is perhaps a way to charge guests extra! I do not recommend staying here!

Florida trip

Everything was terrific about the space, with the minor exception of a backed up toilet the first two nights. Once it was fixed, the rest of the stay went very well.
