The property is perfect for our visit. We had a music festival at the convention center. It s just across the street. Tip- cut through the parking garage behind the building. This is a nice and quiet area. Sandy is always nice to work with. This was our second time here.

Absolutely perfect place to stay close to everything so you don't have to pay that high price for parking in Gatlinburg. Definitely will stay again!

This was the most affordable and perfect place to stay if you just want to walk quickly to the parkway. Its very clean and the owners are easy to get in touch with, if you may need them. 10/10!

This is a great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg. Super comfy bed and excellent host. It was really clean and had a cute atmosphere, very mountainy. The location was superb and we had so much fun going to Ober mountain. Great views! Would recommend highly to stay here. Bring more towels for bathing if you're staying more than 2 days. We also loved the balcony.

The stay was a weekend getaway from Knoxville, TN. We wanted to treat our 2 grandsons 10 and 11. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg you will never be board and you can walk to every location with ease. The condo was perfect, clean, completely stocked. I love the decor, it is appropriate for the Smokey Mountains and the bears. Sandy was always quit to respond when I had questions. The cool thing is there’s a book on the table in the condo that you can fill out with all your fun i fo from your stay, please do this as it was a good read and fun to see others perspective on their stay in Gatlinburg and the condo. We will take another weekend getaway and will want to stay in this condo again. Enjoy everyone!
