Top Floor - Beautiful and charming remolded condo within walking distance of everything Gatlinburg has to offer. New Floors, new wood ceilings and all new furniture. Wonderful mountain views from the balcony and the condo is top floor of building and in a corner unit with great view of the pool down below. NEW Mattress and Box Springs on the king size bed in the bedroom and new real leather sofa in living room. New sofa is not a sleeper, but we have a new Queen air mattress and all the linens for the queen mattress are in the storage ottoman in front of the sofa.

The property was as described. It was very clean and convenient to town. As other guests mentioned the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect stay for a weekend visit

Romantic Birthday Getaway

My husband and I had a great time, great location, easy walk to all the restaurants and night life…The only thing keeping me from giving all 5 stars were the several hairs I found in the bath tub and the dirty sock between the couch and the window. Other than that it was great !!

Great Location and Host

Property was as described in listing. Very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely fast in responding to a small issue with the TV. Great location in Gatlinburg. Within walking distance to everything! I would stay there again without any hesitation!

Gatlinburg Condo

Property was much smaller than anticipated and how it appears in pictures. Bathroom was tiny. Location is not as close to downtown as is depicted in VRBO. All that said, it is reasonably priced for what you get.

Great location and super cute condo

Overall, a great condo experience. This was the first time we rented a condo in Gatlinburg. It was a bit small, you could tell it was a remodeled hotel, but it was super cute, very quiet and had everything we needed. It was just a shoot walk to the Main Street downtown. Only issue was the indoor pool did not look clean, some sort of scum floating on top of the water, so we were unable to use it, that was disappointing. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

Second stay with this owner but at a different condo

We were very pleased with our prior stay and this was no different. The condo was immaculate, check-in was a breeze, and all the amenities were as described. The condo location is perfect. We stay in Gatlinburg to hike in the national park, so finding a place on the park-side of Gatlinburg is important. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance so we parked at the condo post-hiking and walked everywhere in town.

Perfect weather in the Smokys

Very nice condo in great location for walking the Parkway and River Road in Gaitlinburg. Close to breakfast restaurants too. The condo was clean and the owner responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend. Went second week in September so not crowded.

Nice and quiet

The condo is close to the main strip but was very quiet at night which was nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location!

Becky is a top notch host. Communication was supberb! The condo was just as advertised. Very cozy and clean, and in the perfect loction to park the car and walk to everything! We had an extra special guest "Fred", a small black bear that roamed the parking lot twice during our stay. It was a highlight for me! This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we will definitely go again. I will book with Becky again!

Perfect little getaway!

This location could not have been any better. Easy to get to, off the main strip yet walkable to anything and everything you could possibly want to do. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The condo itself is small but beautifully done and very clean. We’re actually looking to come back for another long weekend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location!

We found the location of the condo perfect for our needs! It is off the main drag so it was quiet; yet we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Places at the other end of town were easily accessible by the trolley when we didn’t want to walk far. The condo itself was clean and newly renovated in a tasteful manner. Becky, the hostess, responded to my message regarding a coffee maker issue quickly and resolved the issue immediately. We did not have any parking issues while we were there. We found a space each time we returned. Very nice condo for two!
