Located in the heart of Bend and walking distance to downtown, Newport Ave shopping and restaurants and short warm up ride to the bike trails!

This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment is situated above the garage with no common walls with the main house. The home is surrounded by juniper and pine trees and views out all windows make you feel like you're living in a treehouse.

This brand new home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas range, island hood, brand new appliances and all cookware to make you feel right at home if you choose to prepare your own meals. Newport Ave and all the great restaurants and coffee shops are just a few blocks away if you decide to get out and enjoy all of Bend's great eateries, breweries and coffee shops.

We had a fantastic stay in Bend! Paula’s apartment is lovely and exceptionally well-equipped—everything was thought through to make our stay comfortable and seamless.We particularly loved the balcony, the thoughtful hiking snack bars, and the peaceful setting. Communication with Paula was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were super easy and smooth. We would come back without hesitation if we visit Bend again!

I had the best time this past week at Paula’s in Bend! She was a wonderful host and had everything you could need! I was able to use the hypoallergenic detergent provided for laundry, she had soda water in the fridge, and snacks on the counter. The best host! Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay at the Nest. Walkable to West side restaurants and downtown. Paula was great with communication and offered early check in!

Perfect for two people. Clean, organized, has everything needed. Great location. Quiet. Helpful and immediately responsive host. Very comfortable bed and good water pressure from shower head. Fireplace and candles are a cozy touch. Would not stay anywhere else if going back to Bend. Thank you Paula!

Eagle's Nest

This 1BR apartment close to downtown Bend was perfect for our 5-day visit. Easy access to hiking, restaurants and shopping, the place was modern and well-appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location & spotless property!

I stayed in the property for a week to explore Bend - a perfect location choice which is central to everything. Loved the close walk to Newport Market & Backporch coffee. Great communication with the owner & very clean property - would definitely stay again!

Hiking Base Paradise

Beautiful place and awesome location. Walk to coffee shop and the amazing Newport Market. On the West side of downtown Bend so easier access to hiking trails.

Bend had it all-road cycling, mountain biking, nordic skiing, back-country skiing, hiking, not to mention a scenic setting!

Now relocated in Bend, we spend most of our time on the trails and enjoying our Oregon roots.
