Shared yard space with our mother in law apartment Amazing walk out bedroom to the garden. Aspen forest mural in kids room. Bees buzzing busily away while chickens free range in their Chunnel (Chicken Tunnel!) this urban cottage will provide the comforts of farm fresh eggs and the peace of morning coffee under the backyard pergola while providing easy access to all of the nearby attractions. In the mood to work out? Great! The rec center across the street or nearby parks are just the ticket! Enjoy Netflix movies during your stay in the basement entertainment area!

Excellent!

I stayed here with my family, and the home was very cute and comfortable. The backyard is lovely and my 18 month-old-niece absolutely adored the chickens! The kitchen is very comfortable for cooking as well. Best of all, we had some special constraints and the hosts were very accommodating, communicative and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities!

Great location just a few minutes from downtown Denver and easy access to mountain towns to the west. Bath soaps and coffee were like you would have at home - not cheap hotel stuff. The fresh chicken eggs were a delight each morning!

Family reunion

Wonderful, wish I could give more than just 5 stars Beautiful comfortable home, kitchen had everything you could need. Great location, easy communication with owner and representative Having a full size crib and pack and play and high chair and playroom and backyard with chickens and fresh eggs, also added to the perfect home stay. Our group of 3 generations from 18 months to 81 all throughly enjoyed this warm and inviting home

Like living in a garden!

Comfortable, cozy, clean and newly remodeled! The owners have done an amazing job carrying their beautiful garden aesthetic into their home with customized murals and other clever artistic touches. Our kids are teens but this would also be a great rental if you have little kids. The layout gives everyone plenty of space. Neighborhood is quiet. The shared yard with the in-law suite wasn’t socially awkward at all (I was a little worried it might be) and the chickens are a hoot.

A Comfortable & Unique Home Away from Home

We loved our long term stay in this wonderful house. Fantastic finishes, yard, and attention to all the important little things! The hosts were accommodating and wonderful to work with. We only wish we could have stayed longer :)

Work Trip with Family

The owners had recently completed a renovation of the upstairs which added to the charm and comfort of the property. We appreciated their helpful communication and hospitality.
