This newly remodeled, top floor, riverfront, open concept one bedroom unit sleeps 2. The unit was recently completed so the building and all furnishings are new including king Heavenly Bed mattress with luxury linens, new flooring, furniture, paint and lighting in the living room. Newly renovated, brightly lit bathroom with large walk-in shower and lighted make-up mirror. Well stocked kitchen with sparkling new cabinets, countertops, under-cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. Beautiful river views with free high-speed Xfinity internet and cable and free parking. Complex also includes an onsite pool (open May-October) fitness center and laundry all within walking distance of all that Nashville offers!

Note that this condo is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Long Weekend getaway

New Year’s Eve getaway.

Nice place. Could walk to Broadway in about 15 minutes or take a 5-8 uber ride. Only little issue was that the directions on Vrbo app and the sign for leaving were not the same (what temp to leave condo, dishwasher, where to put garbage, etc…). Hoping we left things the correct way (followed the sign, not the app).

Christmas Getaway

This was the cutest property on the river in downtown Nashville. We were in town for my medical appointments and extended our stay to include Christmas shopping and Christmas shows! So convenient to the hospital, and a short drive to the Opry for the Country Christmas Show, Opry Mills for some Christmas shopping, convenient to Broadway for visiting some of the country music venues, and right around the corner from the venue for the Nashville Ballet's Nutcracker. What a comfortable place for resting and relaxing in between our hectic three day stay in Nashville. We will definitely be back when we can enjoy the balcony and the pool! Thank you, Julie and Ryan, for sharing your well-appointed, beautiful property with us. We loved it!

Vacation stay

Loved the place. It was clean,close to Broadway, you could walk or uber. The bed was excellent.,and kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils. Great communication with owners.

Heart of Nashville Fun

Great hosts: Accessible, helpful, easy accommodations. Walkable to town, in an industrial area with lots of construction, but quiet at night and private, too. Very comfortable and host has coffee for the morning.

Great Location

We stayed here for the John Prine You Got Gold event. We walked or ubered to all the events. It was perfect.

Weekend

Came to Nashville for a football game. Great location to the music area and to the stadium. Loved the fact that the entry was keyless. Plenty of room for two. It was quiet. The pool was perfect to cool off after the day. Only issue was steaming with the TV. It would freeze and turn off and on.

Just Right

If you're looking for a place to stay within walking distance to Broadway, then this is your place. Nice decor, quiet top floor and a relaxing pool by the river. Lots of construction in the area so be prepared for detours.

Great Getaway

We came to Nashville to attend the Chris Stapleton concert, which was fabulous! We loved this cute, little condo on the river. It had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean, within walking distance from Broadway. Enjoyed having the extra towels. The bed was oh so comfortable! It was a nice touch that the host left Starbucks coffee and GooGoo Clusters for us to enjoy! We would mostly definitely visit again!

CMA Fest Condo

We loved our stay in Nashville, the condo was @ 20 minute walk to downtown or the stadium, but we took Uber or I rode a scooter. We had a blast! We felt good knowing we had a comfortable place to rest when we needed to. Great shower, comfortable bed, excellent stay. Thank you.

Lovely property

The property is exactly as described on the web site, it is very clean and comfortable. It has great facilities and is in a good position for local restaurants and bars and only a short Uber ride into downtown. Communication with the property owner was easy and timely, we were provided with lots of details of the local and downtown area’s which helped us really well as first time visitors to Nashville, thanks very much for a great stay, would rent again if in the area.

Dash to Nash

Our best stay in Nashville to date! Ideal location, great accommodations, comfy bed. We loved everything about this condo and hope we can stay there again soon. We were able to walk to music and fabulous restaurants and watch the fireworks after the ball game. We even enjoyed a few hours grabbing some sunshine at the pool.

First trip to Nashville

My husband & I had a great time in Nashville & the River front condo was perfect for us. Very clean & plenty of space. Equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Broadway, the Gulch & Germantown. Would definitely stay again.
