Our stay here was perfect! There were 3 adults and the hide-a-bed sofa worked great! Plenty of towels, too! Thanks for this sweet place to stay while we toured Nashville!

Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳

Lovely place. Very clean. Great location. We had a show at Zanies and we were able to walk there. Will definitely stay here again!

Good for the price

While in an old building, this unit was clean and as pictured. Easy to check-in and acesss. No frills but well stocked. Can't beat the price.

We enjoyed our stay… our host decorated the room for a small charge. And it was perfect. My boyfriend was really impressed!!

Room was good. Next door neighbors had trash a cigarette butts all over ground.

Very welcoming inside

The unit was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, amenities were comfortable and communication from host was great. The only drawback was the unit next door. I don’t know if that is also a temporary rental or residential but upon my arrival, which was later in the evening, there were several people outside blocking the pathway sitting around in several chairs. They were not a friendly looking group and had my son not walked me to my room I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable walking past them alone. They made no attempt to move when we approached. For single female travelers, this should be a consideration. Other than that, the room was great, bed was very comfortable, and process was easy.

It was dark, because it is kind of like a basement. It does show some wear, mirror in bathroom could be replaced. The people in the unit next door were noisy in the middle of the night. I also thought the bed was really hard.
