This 4 bedroom/3 bath home sits on a nice sandy beach at 23rd Ave & East Cliff Dr. with a surf break out front called Santa Maria’s a.k.a “Santa Mo’s” by Corcoran Lagoon! Only 3 miles to the Boardwalk and bon fires are a fun night activity here! Smart TV & Wi-fi throughout home. Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have beachfront and ocean view. Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter, bistro table for 2 more on outside deck. The Family Room has a fireplace and Smart TV. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds & are joined by a Jack n Jill bathroom. 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is a smaller room (w/ own door) inside 1 of the larger bedrooms. The 2 larger beachfront bedrooms upstairs have Smart TV & all 3 have an ocean view! The 4th bedroom offers a King Bed and a Twin with private entry to the spacious back yard, remodeled bathroom w/ shower, and Smart TV. There is a 3rd large bathroom downstairs w/ shower, along with a laundry area. The fenced back yard has outdoor seating, Weber BBQ and hot tub for your enjoyment amongst beautiful Cypress trees. The kitchen, dining and family room, King bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry area are on the 1st level. Home is 1840 sq. ft. and lot is 3920 sq. ft. Parking for 3 cars (2 in driveway, 1 in single car garage).
Enjoy sunsets and a morning coffee on the beachfront deck!

Decent option for beach facing house.

Good location, house has basic necessities, but showing its age. No shampoo or laundry detergent. Parking sufficient. Beach access currently difficult as lake has grown to block path to beach, need to walk around to 26th stairs.

Beachfront Property

Great visit! Plenty of room, the view of beach was great. Just no access to the beach, but it was only a few blocks away.

No beach access the only disappointment-wonderful home

We had a wonderful vacation with our granddaughters. One of our granddaughters stayed in the room that was connected to her mother's so that worked for us. We appreciated the beautiful views and the well appointed kitchen.

Absolutely Perfect

Beach house was a perfect place for me and my sisters. We had reminiscing to do. The patio and hot tub were the perfect settings. House was roomy. Bedrooms were clean. We loved watching people and their dogs run the beach. It was a memorable time for us.

Christmas with the Family

Plenty of room for 7 adults. We cooked daily breakfasts and most dinners, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Good communication with property manager. Great location and fantastic views. Thanks for a great base for our family vacation!

Vacation by the beach in Santa Cruz

This lovely house is located next to a nice beach, with gorgeous views. The large master bedroom is very comfortable and the two additional bedrooms are also lovely, with great views. Many restaurants nearby.

A pleasant stay but for hot tub

We wanted to rent an ocean view property and we loved that we could hear ocean waves all the time from any room, the house was gorgeous to live in, but we really also rented this property over a few other options as it also had hot tub. The only thing that put us off was hot tub was reallly old and only had lukewarm water..never hot. The owner was kind enough to send the maintenance guy over while we were there, but that didnt help. we wish we knew of this issue before hand, we would have defi chosen another property from our options. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the house was very well taken care of.

$MM View that’s Unkept & without a Host

We booked for a long weekend to host a family reunion, and right off the bat host was non-wavering in early/late checkout (but at this point at least they were getting back to us). When we arrived, we found that there were no Sonos speakers as listed under amenities, and texted right away, only to receive a response over 24 hours later. They apologized as they were being fixed, funny, maybe you should have “fixed”your listing too. In exploring more, our children found cigarette butts littered in the back yard and beer cans left in the bin of kids toys. And later that evening we discovered that the hot tub leaked (a lot). The pool guy confirmed the next day when he can by for monthly service that it had been this way for awhile and asked if we wouldn’t mind filling back up after every use. Finally, word to the wise that the listing was very accurate in that there is only parking for two cars and all other vehicles (even visitors) will need to find street parking. What it doesn’t tell you is that the street parking starts two blocks away. Amazing views, walking distance to beach (no beach access from house), in a great part of town that unfortunately is not well kept and maintained by any sort of host whatsoever!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The place has everything we needed and was perfect for a family beach vacation! The close access to the beach was perfect for the kids! The host was so kind and responsive! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Great Stay on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great access to a very private beach and everything else Santa Cruz has to offer. very private and perfect for a quiet vacation watching the waves rolling in

Loved this house

This house was the perfect size for 8 of us. We had two birthday celebrations. One thing I didn’t care for is to go to the backyard you have to walk through our bedroom. The kids loved the high bed they slept in. We had perfect weather and the beach was easy to get to and it was beautiful.

Santa Cruz stay

The location is amazing, but the property itself is dated and needs an upgrade. Overall I recommend this location for a weekend surf or beach getaway. The host made the check in and check out easy.

Super fun stay in Santa Cruz

We had an amazing stay. Tons to do at this location. The beach was wonderful, Boardwalk fun, mystery spot adventure, diners out, and the best fishing around. We went out kayak fishing 3 days and caught trophy fish each time. 43 inch halibut, ling cod, vermillian and much more. We had an awesome time. We would do it again!

Beach House

A wonderful week of cloudless skies and beautiful sunsets. Plenty of sea life on the rocks at low tide. Bike path all the way to Capitola Village to the south and Natural Bridges to the north. Best part is just sitting on the deck and going no where.

Now I call this BEACHIN' IT!

First Timer using VRBO and had a great experience. This property was awesome. On private road and your across the street neighbor is the ocean. Nice house with lots of room. My only critic was they advertise hot tub, but it's only a 2 person tub when we thought it was 4 persons. Other than that, it was an amazing property and our family had a great time celebrating my husband's milestone birthday.
