With incredible views in a quiet setting, this 4 bedroom/3 bath home sits on a nice sandy beach at 23rd Ave & East Cliff Dr. with a surf break out front called Santa Maria’s a.k.a “Santa Mo’s” by Corcoran Lagoon! Only 3 miles to the Boardwalk (bridge undergoing work at moment must take detour) and bon fires are a fun night activity here! Smart TV & Wi-fi throughout home. Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have beachfront and ocean view. Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter, bistro table for 2 more on outside deck. The Family Room has a fireplace and Smart TV. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds & are joined by a Jack n Jill bathroom. 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is a smaller room (w/ own door) inside 1 of the larger bedrooms. The 2 larger beachfront bedrooms upstairs have Smart TV & all 3 have an ocean view! The 4th bedroom offers a King Bed and a Twin with private entry to the spacious back yard, remodeled bathroom w/ shower, and Smart TV. There is a 3rd large bathroom downstairs w/ shower, along with a laundry area. The fenced back yard has outdoor seating, Weber BBQ and hot tub for your enjoyment amongst beautiful Cypress trees. The kitchen, dining and family room, King bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry area are on the 1st level. Parking for 3 cars (2 in driveway, 1 in single car garage).

walked in the front door and the view was breathtaking!! open and bright. beautiful new remodel… new floors new furniture new bathrooms… stunning! comfy beds… plenty of space for all the things. sitting on the deck felt like we were AT the beach but if you wanted to get in the water it’s just a short walk from the front door. kitchen fully stocked… didn’t need anything! washer and dryer a plus! hot tub was amazing! HUGE tv in living room… but the sunset was so much better to watch! it was so comfortable we didnt want to leave!

Review

There were 7 towels for 8 adult people so we had to purchase more immediately. Parking was difficult. The 4th bedroom was so tiny & inside of another room that shared a bathroom with another bedroom. It is not really a 4th bedroom.

House is pretty and ocean view great but had several issues that were reported when we arrived that were never resolved during our stay. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi (75 fee) that had no jets. There was an issue with the front door closing, and it really needed to be fixed as it became a real hassle trying to get in and out of the door.The black trash bin was full when we got to the house, so our bags had to be left on the ground outside.The listing shows that it’s a five minute drive to the boardwalk, but the bridge is closed till 2028 and has been for the last several months. The listing needs to be updated.The listing should also be updated that the remodeling is still being done in the front bathroom and there is no sink. These issues made it less than satisfactory. I was told that I would be getting a hot tub refund.

No beach access the only disappointment-wonderful home

We had a wonderful vacation with our granddaughters. One of our granddaughters stayed in the room that was connected to her mother's so that worked for us. We appreciated the beautiful views and the well appointed kitchen.

What a beautiful property!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The place has everything we needed and was perfect for a family beach vacation! The close access to the beach was perfect for the kids! The host was so kind and responsive! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Decent option for beach facing house.

Good location, house has basic necessities, but showing its age. No shampoo or laundry detergent. Parking sufficient. Beach access currently difficult as lake has grown to block path to beach, need to walk around to 26th stairs.

Absolutely Perfect

Beach house was a perfect place for me and my sisters. We had reminiscing to do. The patio and hot tub were the perfect settings. House was roomy. Bedrooms were clean. We loved watching people and their dogs run the beach. It was a memorable time for us.

Vacation by the beach in Santa Cruz

This lovely house is located next to a nice beach, with gorgeous views. The large master bedroom is very comfortable and the two additional bedrooms are also lovely, with great views. Many restaurants nearby.

Christmas with the Family

Plenty of room for 7 adults. We cooked daily breakfasts and most dinners, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Good communication with property manager. Great location and fantastic views. Thanks for a great base for our family vacation!

Beach House

A wonderful week of cloudless skies and beautiful sunsets. Plenty of sea life on the rocks at low tide. Bike path all the way to Capitola Village to the south and Natural Bridges to the north. Best part is just sitting on the deck and going no where.

Beautiful place....needs window cleaning, but otherwise clean. Manager responds timely and was very understanding once she heard our issue...would recommend!

In a pinch

After rental issues, our host was quick to help! The view from the house was amazing and we were just steps from the beach. The house was equipped with the necessities. We had a party of 10, the sleeping arrangements were tight but manageable. We would stay again without question.

Great views

Great views of the beach but not the easiest access to it. Limited parking. No dresser or tv in master bedroom also privacy is an issue with glass door looking straight into master bedroom.

Fun at the Beach

The property was ,over all, in good shape. The carpet in the dinning area needs to be cleaned, batteries need to be placed in kitchen garbage can and small fencing around driveway needs to be redone Also, the dinning chairs need to be recovered. The manager, Tara, was a pleasure to work with! She was very helpful with our pre visit questions but, once we got there we never had to consult with her because the house was in great shape. Would enjoy working with her again.

A pleasant stay but for hot tub

We wanted to rent an ocean view property and we loved that we could hear ocean waves all the time from any room, the house was gorgeous to live in, but we really also rented this property over a few other options as it also had hot tub. The only thing that put us off was hot tub was reallly old and only had lukewarm water..never hot. The owner was kind enough to send the maintenance guy over while we were there, but that didnt help. we wish we knew of this issue before hand, we would have defi chosen another property from our options. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the house was very well taken care of.

Great location to beach and downtown Capitola

This house is right on the Santa Maria beach access. The beach expands to 26th ave beach which is great for surfer. This family vacation in this house was great for all of us from teenagers to seniors. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook since we cooked every meals including rice cooker, slow cooker, and huge pots. The master bedroom was spacious and futon bed was very useful. Three bedrooms upstair are nicely remodeled and have great view of ocean. There was no extra bedsheets for rooms. The fitted sheet on my bedroom had a red stain, but no extra sheet to replace. Also there is no extra blankets. I think this house is good for maximum 8 people. It would be nicer if they have one sofa bed in the livingroom. My family live pretty close to Santa Cruz, so we brought extra mattresses and blankets for our teenagers. There are lots of beach towels and the shower outside house was really good after swimming at the beach Also hot tub was great!
