Beautiful view! Sailboats, otters, dolphins and pretty sunsets. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. What a treat!

Wonderful spot overlooking the ocean. Well stocked home. Everything we needed for our extended family of 10. We were in town for a wedding reception. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Close to everything!Beautiful views and ocean wave sounds to fall asleep to.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Sleeping with the doors open was comfortable and amazing!!! The parents and kids loved the beach access and views from a protected elevation. Close but not to close to the water line. Best vacation.

Amazing ocean front property, loved the location. The beach was beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the views. We actually enjoyed the separate entrance between 1st and 2nd levels.

Very well kept and clean. Loved the views of the ocean. Beds were cozy. We were lucky to experience two amazing sunsets and perfect weather. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay! The views are truly incredible! Sitting outside during sunset and listening to the waves crash was so peaceful. The location was great and we enjoyed driving to downtown Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel by the sea. We went grocery shopping and were happy to see that the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location. Easy walk to beaches & coffee

Had a wonderful time with family. Home worked well for our extended family of 12. Comfortable beds. Home well equipped with essentials, games & beach “toys”. Truly enjoyed our stay

Most delightful family gathering

We wanted a place where we could all stay as a family for my niece’s wedding. This exceeded our expectations, as it was not just accommodations for the group, but the most delightful retreat for us all, and we made the most wonderful memories in this beautiful spot

Chillin' at Pleasure Point.

Plenty of room for grandma and grandpa, 2 moms, 2 dads, 3 grandchildren. Easy walk to the beach, lots to do in Santa Cruz.

Beautiful location, great outdoor space with plenty of seating. We didn’t love the 2 separate units and lack of air conditioning! The listing should be updated to include this info. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Fantastic! Just as advertised

My family and I had a perfect week in mid-September at this beach house. Roomy, clean, perfect location and well stocked with linens and paper products. Right on the water… if we had been closer to the ocean, we’d have been in a submarine! Highly recommend this beach house!

Family Vacation

Our stay at Pleasure Point was amazing! The waves crashing below the balcony was a bonus. The walk to the beach was just a few houses down from the driveway. The house was very accommodating and fully stocked. We loved it!

Family stay in Santa Cruz

The house was well stocked and mostly clean. The view was absolutely great. The neighbor hood is quiet. The chair cushions a bit stained otherwise at 5.

Family Vacation

Great location great views. There were issues with the heating system and some other minor problems. The property manager worked hard to get someone out to work on system. I would recommend it

Beautiful location with fabulous ocean views and close to the beach. But, the area in front of the house is not beach. House was well stocked and the beach cart was particularly helpful. The checkin time of 4 seemed very late, especially with a checkout of 10:30. But otherwise the process was smooth. We were traveling with our adult kids and grandkids and fit in the space well. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We booked this place for my mother’s 60th birthday and it was great. The location was ideal for all the activities we had planned during our stay. The house was very well cleaned and supplied everything you needed to enjoy a home away from your own. The layout was nice a supplied addition privacy and plenty of space for multiple people including kids! But the overall best part is the view, it’s private and we saw everything from whales and dolphins to surfers and boats, you could see the pier and board walk day or night as long as it was clear. This house is definitely a place our family would book again.

Beautiful view. Safe area. Close by beach. Lots of amenities. The only thing was. The pictures shows a beach from the patio and there was no beach. All rocks and high tied. I know the tied is different and different time of the year. But it showed be addressed.
