The most amazing vaca - Thankyou !

We had the most incredible time in Hilton head and your accomodation was absolutely perfect! I travelled with my 80 & 83 year old parents and was looking for accomodation that was good for location, my budget and accessibility. Your accomodation was outstanding for all. The location is amazing a short walk to beach, restraunts, entertainment and even the grocery store! The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well stocked with all beach supplies, towels, bedding, supplies! I mean there literally wasn’t one thing we could improve! The layout of accommodation was perfect for us and the use of the pool was an added bonus! I have already shared friends and family your accommodation had we can’t wait to come back! This trip was amazing and so thankful for your accomodation and making it the most perfect trip!

Great stay!

Everything was perfect when we arrived. Very close to everything so we were able to walk or bike. Great area for our stay.

Fantastic beach getaway!

We loved our stay at Toes in the Sand Hilton Head! The condo was equipped with all you needed for a beach getaway including beach day gear (so helpful)! Ideal location for quick beach access and local amenities! Easy check in and check out procedures, very responsive hosts, awesome beachy vibes! Highly recommend staying here!!

Toes in the Sand condo

We had a great time here. I would definitely recommend. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and in a great location. Owners very easy to communicate with. Perfect for the three of us.

Very nice

Very nice condo, very clean and well stocked. Practically next door to many shops and restaurants and just a quick walk to the beach. Owners were very communicative and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute and convenient

Loved the location. We could walk to the beach, in the neighborhoods, grocery, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Review

Everything was as advertised and the location was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location to shopping, restaurants, the beach, ice cream, etc..and there was a pool right out back which was nice! The hosts were extremely easy and nice to talk to and maintained fast and responses throughout our stay!

Perfect

This condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need and perfect location to shopping and the beach and restaurants. I’ve stayed here 3 times. It’s just lovely.

Stay at the Sands

Mike was very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and they thought of everything! Just a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Conveniently across the street from the Piggly Wiggly

Great Condo and Location

Excellent stay and great location. The only complaint is noisy people above us stomping around until 1:30 am. Even with that, I would stay here again. Owners were very good with sending information and communicating.

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay at Toes In The Sand..The location was perfect for us being first time visitors to Hilton Head.So many great things close by,most nights we walked to dinner.The beds were very comfortable,showers were great.The condo was spotless well stocked and decorated beautifully.The communication before our check in was the best we have ever experienced.We had a great time and would stay here again!

Wonderful!

Everything was more than excellent! Location was prime with not more than 5 minutes walk to the beach and stores and restaurants were just across the street. Apartment was very clean and had everything that you need for stay. The owner is very nice gentleman and the communication was so easy with him. Looking to come back next year!

Enjoyable Stay

The condo fit the profile description. It was clean, filled with all the necessary amenities, and the accommodations were better than most hotels and some resorts. The showers were amazing, particularly the one with double shower heads. The beach accommodations are an additional nice touch. The space is comfortable and the pictures aligned with the condo's profile. The hosts were very accommodating and engaged. We would certainly stay here again.

Relaxing visit after Helene aftermath

We live when Helene hit. So having this relaxing retreat with family the beach and everything we needed was so very nice. Especially having electricity 😊. We thought we would give a little back and added water and drinks to the fridge for the next guests. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and it has never disappointed. Thank you 😊

Villa with prime location; walk to beach and Coligny

I just wanted everyone to know that from start to finish that the experience going through this rental was professional, courteous, and well communicated. The rental was everything as described. What a pleasure. Looking forward to renting in the very near future.

This unit is in a fabulous location within walking distance to coligny plaza and the nearby beach. Unit was very cute and loved the beachy decor. The front bedroom being so close to the hallway hears alot of outside noise and we were woken up a few times by the noise. That is not the owners fault it is just how the unit is designed. A few things arose and the owners were easily reached and they corrected the issue immediately. I would have loved having my own washer and dryer in the unit but there was a separate room for the units. I didnt use it so I cant comment on that. I would highly recommend this unit for its quality and the proximity to all that is nearby.

Amazing!

Such a beautiful little condo in the heart of everything!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in! The condo is decorated soooo cute and was soooo clean!! We could walk to get groceries, shopping, and many restaurants!! Plus everything you need for the beach was available, including a beach wagon to pull it all in!! Mike & Sue are the perfect hosts and were only a phone call or text away!! We will definitely be back!!
