A short ride (via auto or local bus) into downtown Seattle and a leisurely walk to Discovery Park, our comfortable, bright home invites you and your guests into a living/dining/kitchen space that is made to share!
The fully equipped kitchen has lovely bamboo flooring and a large gas cook top. Microwave, blender, Keurig pot, coffee pot, toaster, electric tea kettle, full spice rack, coffee and tea round out the kitchen supplies. For added work space there is a bamboo island equipped with numerous cutting boards.
In addition to the kitchen table which seats 6, there are 3 stools at the kitchen bar. A separate dining room also seats 6 at a large and expandable wood table.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a large en suite bath with double sinks, a large bathtub and a separate tiled shower. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, and the front bedroom has two extra-long twin beds. All beds have quality linens. The two front bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
There is a keyless entry for the front door. Relax on the backyard patio or curl up with a book or your favorite TV program in the living room. You will enjoy high speed internet for work or streaming as well as Xfinity TV channels.
The house is on one floor and handicapped accessible from the back entry. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Be sure to page through our visitor's library of Seattle books and magazines!

This is a very nice home in Magnolia. It is extremely well equipped. The kitchen includes virtually everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Parking is on the street only, but we never had a problem finding parking right in front of the house.

We had a great stay at Sally's place. The house was clean, comfortable, and very suitable for a family stay. The Magnolia neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Communication with Sally was smooth. Highly recommend!

Lovely home. Very clean and well stocked. Having everything on one level was great for two senior citizens. A challenging entry stairway, but once inside, it was easy to get around. Great location… quiet neighborhood close to attractions, a funky grocery store, and Discovery Park. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely look at booking here again the next time we are in Seattle. Thank you for a great visit.

I'm so sorry I didn't alert you how to use use the back entrance to the house. There are no stairs to contend with from the alleyway behind the house. Though there is only temporary parking back there, anyone who needs to avoid the front entry can come in through the kitchen.

Seattle with the family.
The house was as advertised. Lots of room and in a great location. If we come to Seattle again we will be staying here.

Cute house in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!
Family vacation to visit friends who also live in the Neighborhood. Took in the sights and had a great Seattle visit.

Beautiful house in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It’s an easy 30 min ride on the bus to downtown Seattle. Lots of good restaurants around. House is clean and comfortable with all the amenties required plus a lot of nice little extras. Would definitely stay again if I was back in Seattle.

Great inner-urban getaway gome
Quiet, clean, and cozy property that allowed our family to enjoy our inner-urban stay in the Magnolia neighborhood of Magnolia. Great walkability and location within the neighborhood!

Sally’s home may be the cleanest home we’ve ever rented. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfy beds. Adorable neighborhood and perfect home to visit Seattle! Thank you Sally!

Excellent Central Location
In Seattle for our son's wedding, and our stay couldn't have gone better. The Magnolia home was centrally located to just about everywhere we needed to go. Amenities were excellent, as was the overall comfort of the home.

Visting Family
Great location that is easily accessible to all part of Seattle. Nearby grocery stores that can be accessed by car or walking. Property was clean and kitchen provided the essentials to make a meal.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and the house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was spacious, comfortable, and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and stress-free. Everything was clean and well stocked, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, and the host was wonderful to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such a special occasion. Highly recommend! Thank you, Sally!

Golly, it was HOT. But a fantastic stay. We last minute had to make a cake for a wedding and they had nearly everything we needed. bravo!!!

Seattle's warmer-than-normal summer temps definitely hit right around the wedding day! Glad you were able to create the wedding cake at the house! We try to keep the kitchen stocked with the basics.

Each time we visited our daughter and her family in Magnolia we loved the area more and more! It is very close to all the fun that Seattle offers, and at the same time, so relaxed and friendly. When we found this beautifully remodeled home, we could not resist buying it. Each time we visit we discover an interesting shop or a great new restaurant. There is nothing more beautiful than Seattle and Puget Sound on a sunny day...or on a wet one for that matter! We hope you will come to enjoy it as much as we do.

The house lends itself to shared cooking and good meals with family and friends. Our entire family weighed in on which amenities they count as important for guests, and we've tried to be sure all those are available at the house! It's also lovely to step outside the door and know you can be walking in beautiful Discovery Park or downtown Magnolia within minutes. We love taking the bus (and skipping parking costs) to downtown Seattle where you can easily walk to so many sights.
