Spacious Sunset View Condo

Located on the 4th floor, this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom residence is perfect for couples, families or a gathering of friends. With both a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa you can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. The sizable bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.

Walk downtown for dinner or stay in to create your own dining experience with a full range of new stainless steel appliances and cookware. Add sunset mountain views to your experience from our western facing balcony.


This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

First time visiting Asheville. This spot was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was perfect for everything downtown. Short drive for everything that wasn’t. The condo was super clean and the price was great. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

We loved everything about the place. Location, security, clean and a good bed. We did wish that there was a smart TV that would allow us to watch our services but other than that, everything was wonderful.

Very nice space and decor. Location very convenient to downtown, easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Safe and convenient parking andcode-secured building access was a nice feature. My wife and I were very happy with our stay.

Great space near downtown

This was a great space for my husband and I. We felt very safe and were able to walk to nearby breweries and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Terrific apartment and location!

Awesome time! Very nice, clean, quiet apartment. Easily accessible and the location is perfect for everything! From Food to entertainment to Biltmore Estate, our visit was worth every minute!

Great location close to downtown

This is the second time we've stayed in the building. The apartment was clean, modern, and has all the amenities you need. The location is great- within a short walking distance to all restaurants downtown and breweries on south slope.

Location, location, location

If you are looking to spend time in Asheville, especially near the downtown area, this is the perfect place. You are a 5 minute walk from just about everything. The place itself is brand new, offers a secured parking area, and offers the majority of amenities you’d need for a vacation.

Awesome Location

Loved the location, easy walking to downtown shops/restaurants as well as south side breweries. Apartment was very clean and new. Loved the space and the view. Highly recommend. Secure parking garage was nice to have too.
