This property was very clean and well appointed. Everything you may have needed was provided and Claudia was excellent at communicating several times to see if anything was needed. Would definitely recommend for staying in Asheville.

Beautiful, clean, on-site secure parking and walkable to many fun places in the area. Quiet as it’s off the main streets. So many great places- art, food, nature, breweries, cycling, vintage - in the Asheville area!Go visit

The stay was wonderful, within walking distance to great food, breweries, and shops in the downtown area. Claudia was very helpful throughout the process and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. They've put together great documents that provide insight into local restaurants / activities too.

Lovely space in downtown Asheville and with parking! Beautiful mural and decor, and immaculate. Our host, Claudia, was responsive and even checked in to see if all was well… we couldn’t have asked for better!

Parked the car on Thursday and didn’t have to use it again until we left on Sunday. Walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to.

Immaculate little apartment only 1-2 blocks from the majority of downtown shopping and dining. Easy 10 minute walk to…anywhere. Parking in the building garage was also safe and convenient.

Excellent location and great apartment!

Location is unbeatable, close to everything downtown. Perfectly furnished, kitchen appliances great for cooking in or reheating leftovers. Secure and modern so great place to stay.

Claudis’s place was very clean, lovely decor, underground secure parking. Easily walkable to downtown Asheville, restaurants, nightspots, etc. The apartment is quiet and access is very secure. Highly recommend!

Claudia was great! She checked in with us a couple of times and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful! Parking was easy in the garage. The location was perfect, and was less than a half a mile walk from downtown. I would highly recommend this rental!

This lovely apartment is walking distance of many fun things to do that we and our family found is a great place to congregate before exploring Asheville.

Convenient location and great parking

Easy walking distance to downtown and South Slope eateries and breweries. Quick access to freeways that take you to all that the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. The reserved protected parking space was a very nice amenity.

Perfect place to stay

We wanted to be able to walk to a lot of breweries and restaurants and this was perfect. The apartment was great! It had everything we could need and the host was so helpful. We took all of her recommendations! We felt very safe and secure in the building and the area.

Great Downtown Location for two

We loved the apartment and the location was awesome, right downtown close to so many things and a straight shoot to the biltmore area as well. Be warned that if you have an SUV or larger vehicle, the parking garage is very tight, but otherwise we loved it and Claudia was awesome checking in on us!

Absolutely Charming!

This was a Christmas gift for our son and his wife. Beautifully decorated within walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown Asheville. They were very pleased with everything!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay!!! I live in Asheville and my partner and I love to do some staycations every few months. I had looked at this property before and made a mental note to take a closer look and rent it. We were over joyed with the place in every way. From the communication with the owner, to the check on, to the stay and the check out. Absolutely amazing. We will be back and probably more than once! So comfortable, and the location is perfect. The parking spot is a huge amenity!!! Downtown parking can be tough and also a bit expensive. The garage parking is fantastic. This is by far our favorite place we have staycationed this far!!! Definitely a tough one to beat!! We can’t thank you enough!!!

Perfect Stay

Perfect is the only word to describe this condo. Spotless, bright, well appointed decor, high end appliances, well stocked kitchen, great hot showers! The easily accessible (via elevator) parking space is so convenient. Walking distance to all the shops and Restaurants in DT Asheville. Less than 10 minutes driving distance to the Biltmore Estate and the list does on.. Net we had an awesome stay!
