Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, you will be within steps of all that the city has to offer. The finest restaurants, breweries, music venues and art are all within walking distance of this convenient location. If you are looking for the ultimate Asheville experience, this location is the perfect home base for you. Plus, you can PARK A CAR and leave it during your stay in our SECURED, ENCLOSED GARAGE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING.

The second floor unit is beautifully decorated and provides with you with a one-bedroom, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors and high ceilings represents the charm that you will experience in Asheville but with modern upgrades and conveniences.

Linens are provided for the comfortable king size and queen size beds and in the full 2 baths. A laundry room is located inside the building.

We also have 2, two-bedroom units in the same building. This is perfect for family or friends traveling together.

**CHECK-IN IS BETWEEN 4-9PM. NO CHECK-INS AVAILABLE AFTER 9PM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL

This will be our 4th time staying at this location. The VRBO is very clean, and comfortable. It provides all you need to relax and feel at home. while visiting Asheville. It is also very conveniently located to all the activities in Asheville without having to drive. We highly recommend this location. Host is always helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Just overall a great place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Location! Location! Location! 10 minutes to the Biltmore by car and that may be the last time you use your car. We put ours in the secure garage and only used it once after we checked in! There is literally at least 50 restaurants within 5 minutes walk and every one we tried in our limited time there was excellent. We will be going back to try the some more. Highly recommend the European Pastry shop next door for tea/coffee and breakfast Croissants. Shopping is fantastic if a little hippie Dippie but loads to see.

We loved this space, it was perfect for the two of us as a couple with no children. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. Check-in was very smooth and the host showed us all around the space personally to make sure we didn't need anything. The space was just as advertised; middle of downtown with easy walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. The garage parking was an added benefit with the difficulty of parking in the downtown area. We will definitely not hesitate to book this space again in the future.

The location of the appartment was excellent, the grage perfectly accesible. We had everything we needed, the "Old Europe" Cafe just next door wonderful.Everything was clean, the bed very good, the towels sumptious.I would recommand it to evrybody.

This is a beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Asheville. It's a wonderful location with great access to restaurants, live music and more. Next time I go to Asheville, I'll be staying here.

Great Location in the Heart of Downtown Asheville

The rental was located in the middle of downtown Asheville. Ray and Rick were great hosts and i would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great couple's getaway!

This is an AMAZING place. It is right in the heart of downtown. I could walk to any restaurant that my family decided on. The owner and host is fantastic. We have decided to return to Asheville next year and I will definitely try and rent this place again. Normally, I would add something that went wrong, but this place was great (and I'm not easily impressed).

Asheville Getaway

Excellent stay, property was clean and very comfortable. Location was amazing, Piano Bar literally steps away out the garage, coffee and an outstanding pastry shop just downstairs, all sorts of food choices just a few steps away and the private parking garage was a God send! We hope to stay at the same location on our next trip to Asheville.

Everything was great! The hosts were responsive and took the time to welcome us. Kitchen was very well equipped if you're going to eat a meal or two at home. Everything is walkable. My only mention - NOT a negative - would be to or those with possible mobility issues - the property is on the second floor (right above an AMAZING coffee, bar, and pastry shop)!

Stay in Ashville

The rental was in a great location. We were able to easily drive to wherever we wanted to explore Asheville and surrounding area during the day and then in the evening park our car and experience city life. Some great restaurants /brewreys all within walking distance, lots of shopping and, other things to explore (art museum, basilica etc).

Cute apartment- Beat location!!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!! You can’t beat the location of this apartment. The added bonus of free garage/secure parking is wonderful. Bed was comfortable. This was a perfect place for us for a long weekend in Asheville. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Thank you for having us!!

Beers with the Vanderbilts

Lovely apartment for 2 - clean, comfortable and perfectly located for us to walk to fantastic restaurants, galleries and breweries. The Biltmore is a must! Ray was gracious, easy to work and communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again 👍🏻
