Janelle, thank you for your comments. We are so sorry your rental property was not up to your expectations, as it most definitely should have been. 2502 Chateau by the Green just underwent some renovations, although this should not be an excuse. The property manager most definitely should have had all bathrooms in working order, with shower curtains, toilet paper, etc. I wish you had told us about the dishwasher not working. We have no record of this in our maintenance log. We hope you give Coastal Getaways another try in the future. We will make sure your next rental checks all the boxes. Christine
