Southern Tip of Cape Coral! Beautiful and clean!!!

Extensive interior renovations completed in 2015 brightens the beautiful space. The Villa has a beach house vibe that celebrates the sun, surf and sand. If you are looking for simple luxuries, All Ready Home Villa is the place for you! With a beautiful indoor area and outdoor area that gives plenty of space to relax. The Master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed, the second guest room has a queen bed, and the third guest room has 2 twin beds. All the rooms are equipped with their own cotton bedding with duvets and extra blankets. Both the master bathroom and the main bathroom are 3 piece bathrooms. They have their own towels and plenty of storage and have beautiful glass shower enclosures. We have a pack and play & high chair for toddlers stored in the extra bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for any meal, with plenty of counter space and a separate breakfast. Outdoor under the Lani there is lots of room to relax with ceiling fans and all new lounge furniture around the screened in pool. The back yard is very private and sure to relax the mind when all you are surrounded by is the palms and calls of Florida's birds.

Lovely home with great pool!

We stayed here with our two kids and enjoyed the home. Great pool, well equipped will all needs (Wifi, Xbox, Fully features kitchen,... ). Carrie always reacted quick on emails, felt well cared for. Thanks for the stay!

Super clean & beachy!

We stayed here for a week during a baseball tournament in the area, and it was a wonderful, quiet place to cool off after games. Very clean and really roomy, interior fully updated and everything worked - beds were more comfy than mine at home! Great dining in the area, try Ford's and Pinchers, and a neat hiking area at the Rotary Park under a mile away. Carrie couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Really enjoyed it and will rent again if we have another tournament near Fort Myers! Thanks!

Supreme, Clean, Comfortable Private, Quiet Location

This house was perfect, we never wanted to leave. It is the best all round house that we have stayed at in Florida. We picked this house because we had a good feeling of trust towards the owners and we feel this is important to avoid difficulties. Carrie’s communication was excellent. Cleanliness is very important to us and the house was spotless. There were no carpets in the house which is great for allergies. We picked this house for the privacy in the back yard and the location on a quiet street near Rotary Park. One of the best features was that the back of the house was opened to a screened pool and covered lanai. There were 3 sliding glass doors including one in the master bedroom and a big kitchen window so you could feel like you were outside. There was also a large frameless window in the front living room that let lots of light in. The smart design of the house with the kitchen separating the master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms is great. The back yard also has a fenced portion accessible from the garage. This house ticked all the boxes. Great owners, clean, allergy free, comfortable, private, location ,bright and a smart design. We were very thankful to share Carrie and Brian’s home. We loved it.

Perfekter Urlaub in Cape Coral

Wir finden die Lage in Cape Coral sehr gut, da es etwas abgelegen und daher schön ruhig liegt. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum, nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Haus hat alles, was zu einem gute Ferienhaus gehört und die Besitzer sind jederzeit ansprechbar und überaus freundlich. Auch die Nachbarn grüßen freundlich und man fühlt sich hier an diesem Ort sehr wohl und angenommenen. Jederzeit wieder würden wir dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen, wenn man in Cape Coral Urlaub sucht - hier kann man ihn beginnen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Carrie und Brian!! Familie Heiko S.

Nice place but not as clean as you would expect

We spent most of our time outside, since that is why we were in Florida in March. The pool was nice but the outside space needs some TLC. The inside is clean on the surface but under and behind furniture there is a lot of dust. For the price we all pay to get it cleaned for the next guests you would expect it to be spotless and it was not. We enjoyed the stay but felt it could be a little cleaner.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The pool is nice and big and deeper than most, which my husband really enjoyed. The sliding window in the kitchen out to the bar seating in perfect for serving meals. Also the glass doors all around the house looking towards the pool is great for keeping an eye on kids. The house is beautifully updated and very clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. We had a great time and would love to stay here again if we are back in the area. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway

Relaxing, private, and clean! Excellent communication. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. I loved the soft firm master bed, my husband didn't. We would definitely stay again! Thank you again for sharing your home.

Great Home

This home was great. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach and after hot days doing other activities. Owner answered all my questions and provided local info for restaurants and things to do. Wonderful time had by all.

Great Week!

Great, relaxing week! Easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. in Cape Coral. Private pool was a real plus. Our hosts, Brian and Carrie, were quick to respond to any questions. Kayaking the mangroves with Gulf Coast Kayaking was awesome! Bear is a very informative guide.

Paradise in Florida

This property was very nice and the pool was great. Outside screened in eating areas, nice set-up and new remodeled interior makes this the perfect place. The owners are great and very easy to work with if there would be an issue. Would recommend highly!

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay in this updated 3 bedroom home. Everything was neat and tidy, had a few items on hand so we didn’t need to rush out for our groceries. Weather was perfect so we enjoyed the pool atmosphere. Thanks for making our stay a relaxing time and will be sure to stay next time we come to town!

Winter get away

This proprietary was an excellent choice for a week away from the winter in Michigan!! It was close to beautiful beach, wonder original restaurant with excellent food and service. The cute set up is homey and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back again!

A true vacation home in Cape Coral

Perfect Cape Coral Vacation home in a lovely quiet residential area. We so enjoyed the beachy decor and lay out of the home bringing a comfortable feeling in every room and space. The location was ideal for walking, biking and short distance drives to Downtown and Marina areas for some excellent eatery's and exploring. We visited Captiva and Sannibal but were so impressed with the simplicity of Cape Coral.....and this fine little abode.

Perfect family getaway

The owners were wonderful in their communication with us and the house is lovely and spacious. The pool was great. Location - easy to get around everywhere. Would rent it again and again! Great home for family. We didn’t lack for anything - games, amenities, beach items....

Awesome stay!! Very clean home located in a nice quiet neighborhood!

A wedding brought us to this area and we were so happy to find this place! Great location and close to everything we wanted to do! We went to a couple different beaches one in Ft Meyers called Newton Park Beach (loved!!) and a local beach, Cape Coral Yacht and Racquet Club which has a nice tiki bar and pier to walk on. We road bikes & did a little shopping! Found some awesome seafood restaurants and enjoyed grilling at the house pool side a couple nights! Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Gemütliches, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten 2 1/2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und man findet fast alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind gut organisiert und haben alle nötigen Informationen und Ausflugstipps für die Urlauber zusammengefasst. Gut ist auch, dass übergreifend nutzbare Lebensmittel (Gewürze, Soßen etc.) in der Küche verbleiben und genutzt werden können. Auch wir wiederum konnten nicht alle unsere Lebensmittel verbrauchen und haben diese für nachfolgende Mieter im Haus bzw. Kühlschrank belassen (Wasser, Soßen, Konserven, Snacks, Taschentücher etc.). Der BBQ ist erfreulicherweise im Preis inklusive (Gas), was man auch nicht überall dabei hat. Die Reinigung wird von einer deutschen Reinigungskraft durchgeführt, was sich auch durch die deutsche Gründlichkeit bemerkbar macht. Hier und da wurden zwar Kleinigkeiten (Flusen) vergessen, die man jedoch schnell selbst mit dem Staubsauger beseitigen konnte. Reinigungsmittel waren teilweise vorhanden, so dass man zwischenzeitlich auch selbst noch einmal durchwischen konnte. Ein nice-to-have wäre gewesen, wenn anfangs zumindest 2-3 Rollen Küchentücher sowie Toilettenpapier da gewesen wären. Auch etwas Waschmittel wäre gut gewesen. Denn sonst ist man nach der Anreise immer gleich gezwungen einzukaufen. Unsere Kinder malen sehr gerne. Stifte waren im Haus vorhanden, jedoch hatten wir kein Papier vorgefunden. Wir haben dann eine Packung Kopierpapier gekauft und den Rest im Haus belassen. Bei der Küchenausstattung wäre ein Schneebesen gut gewesen und den Kühlschrank haben wir selbst noch mal gereinigt. Deshalb haben wir einen Stern abgezogen.
