We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable studio. The location was perfect; a quiet, beautiful neighborhood close to the heart of Fort Collins. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Cottage

We have stayed here numerous times over the years! It is always quiet and just what we needed for each visit! This time it rescued us from high hotel prices because of Graduations. We desperately need a place to wait for our furniture to get to our new home! The cottage was close enough Togo to during the day to prepare for our move & quiet at night! It made our move to the area so much easier! We will definitely recommend it to our friends that might come to visit us.

We have stayed at this little cottage several times now & absolutely love it! Very quiet & walkable to Old Town if it is warm enough. We will be coming back until we finally move to the area. So glad it was available for this last minute trip! Owner is great to work with.

Another fantastic stay!

We will try to stay here every time we come to Fort Collins. Super cute studio, close to old town and campus. This place is perfect for the 2 of us when visiting our CSU students

Cheyenne frontier days home base

Check in was easy. Ideal location for downtown activities. Very clean and just as pictured. Perfect for a couple. Excellent outdoor area even though we didn’t have time to use it.

Beautiful cottage and neighborhood

This cottage is perfect, and it’s in a lovely neighborhood with lots of flowers and shady trees. The owners are friendly and accommodating. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Ft. Collins.

Great Studio Apartment

We had a great stay at Steve’s place. The apartment was comfortable and very clean with a well stocked fridge (lots if drinks). Communication with Steve was easy. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown, CSU and a wonderful park with trails by the Cache Le Poudre river for some nice walks in the shade if that’s what you’re looking for! I would definitely stay there again.

It was so clean and everything very nice. There was a styrofoam cooler, extra hair pins, blankets, frig was stocked with two diff kinds of water. So prepared. Bed and love seat very comfy. And due to a mistake on our part we left and didn’t check out at the proper time. Causing the mgr and cleaners to have to contact us. Despite us causing them more work and trouble they didn’t charge us an additional fee! I felt terrible and would gladly have paid it. I recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Weekend stay

Steve's property was perfect for a weekend trip to Fort Collins. Everything was as shown in the listing. Location was excellent (we walked to Old Town for breakfast and everywhere else we went in Fort Collins was an easy drive), the unit was quiet and comfortable, and the backyard was also very quiet and peaceful. We'll definitely stay again!
