Welcome to the Brick Suite—a bright and cheerful Old Town condo with bold red accents and a clean, comfortable feel. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this 1-bedroom retreat features blackout shades, a dedicated desk for remote work, and everything you need for a relaxed stay in the heart of Fort Collins.

Spend your evenings enjoying cocktails at Social, dinner at The Regional, or laughter-filled nights at The Comedy Fort. For something more low-key, grab a pint at Equinox Brewing or take in the sunset from Illegal Pete's patio.

This home features: Bedroom: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 4 | Ground Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

PARKING: Parking lot behind the building with one dedicated spot for your stay. There is also free street parking out front.

The apartment is quite nice and mostly clean. The location is excellent - walking distance to downtown, with lots of good restaurants and fun shops. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and pans.I had a question about the television, so called the management company. She couldn’t answer the question, but was pleasant and tried to help. (It was a very minor issue and I worked it out myself.) If management wants renters to clean before they leave (it’s mentioned in the checkout documents that only light cleaning is done by the cleaning team), it might be worthwhile to provide something besides a small kitchen sponge and a short broom to wipe down everything. The apartment is basically clean, although the edges, baseboards, etc. could use some attention and the ceiling fan desperately needs to be cleaned.

Clean, quiet, great location

Our stay was easy — just as it should be. First time to Fort Collins, this apartment was walkable to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. It was clean and stayed relatively cool on the days of high 90s. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient spot near Old Town Ft Collins

Great place to stay for visit to Ft Collins for my daughter in law's graduation from CSU. Loved that is was walking distance to Old Town, bars, restaurants and the winter lights in Ft Collins are magnificent. Very comfortable accommodations for the 2 of us, there is a sofa bed couch but it might be a little tight for 4 adults. Everything you need if you wanted to cook something simple, but we just used fridge for snacks, Highly recommended Stacy's place!

Perfect location

We had a great time in Ft. Collins and this property was part of the reason. We were in walking distance to everything! We got a chance to visit the farmers market and the Peach Festival over the weekend, and enjoyed many fabulous shops, brewpubs and restaurants. The property itself is very clean with modern amenities. While we didn't spend a lot of time inside during this great weather weekend, we slept well! We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Fantastic space & location!

Great location! As a former resident of Colorado, I love Old Town Fort Collins. We walked everywhere we went. The space is exactly as pictured and perfect for our needs. Had to work part of the stay and wifi worked perfectly. Plenty of space to spread out while working. Definitely will return the next time we visit our kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Getaway

The location of this property was so great. The property itself was exactly as described on VRBO and was very nice. It was close to all of the best things Fort Collins had to offer. The "Old Town" area was amazing and had so much many great restaurants and shops. Communicating with the property owner was super easy and Stacy was very friendly and quick to response. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back.

Cute, Clean, & Close

Very cute little place. Everything was very clean. Aside from the color of the bedding and a few minor decor details, the place looks like the pictures on the site. It is within walking distance to the Old Town area, and about a 15 minute drive from Horsetooth Reservoir. Check-in and check-out was convenient and easy. Other than not being able to plug in a hair dryer in the bathroom due to the position of the outlet, everything was great. We would recommend renting from Mountain Time.

Fantastic!

We enjoyed this place for 10 days. Great location with three good coffee shops within 10 min walk and right across from the library and its accompanying lovely park. Plenty of towels and heat and hot water. Kitchen adequately equipped. When we arrived and asked if they would bring us a toaster they brought us a brand new one very promptly. Parking was easy as was entry. Only thing I would note is that ground level means slightly below actual ground level which was great for us because we have an old dog and entrance involved a short and small ramp up rather than stairs to get out. Windows though are the same size as the one and there’s only one floor above this unit so plenty of light. Noise from others was never heard. Service was great. We would stay here again for sure.

Just Fine

This little condo is a nice place in a building that’s a little run down. However, it’s comfortable, clean and a very short walk to Old Town. Lots of on street parking on a safe street. The property manager was in touch and seemed accessible.

Perfect condo for a Fort Collins Visit! Walking distance to downtown and CSU. Clean and easy access with parking. Stacy was great and communication was fluid and easy. Would definitely recommend her condo to a friend.

Great location, close to Old Town, everything we needed

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for a several day stay in Fort Collins. The check-in process went smoothly, Stacy was very communicative making sure we had no issues or questions, and provided information on local things to do, restaurants, etc. Great location, a few minutes walk to Old Town coffee shops, restaurants, shopping . Horsetooth Reservior and Poudre River Canyon are short drive away for water activities and hiking - we had a wonderful stay.
