Calabash refers to "TOP SHELF". This is a big 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor unit located within 1/2 mile of grocery stores, numerous restaurants, bars and grills, gift shops and unique specialty stores. Sleeps 6 people very comfortably. (1) queen bed) (1 single bed in each bedroom. Two new couches in living room. Full working kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen bar, washer and dryer. Big open living room with HD cable service. Large outside screened in porch and deck area with BBQ and cooking area. Big screen HD tv for all of the games! Perfect spot for families and seniors alike. Wi-Fi is included. Outside items such as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are not provided. During Hurricane season (June1 - November30) we strongly advise guests to take out the travel protection plan offered through VRBO to protect your trip! We do not allow pets! The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time during your stay is (6) people! There is no smoking allowed inside the house or the screened in porch, thanks for understanding and please adhere to the rules and policies during your stay.

Perfect lowkey spot for a family vacation. No stairs, huge stocked kitchen and comfy furniture. Short walk to the beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The large kitchen was nice. Love the proximity to the beach. We saw lots of dolphins and the stars at night were beautiful!

We were really happy when we arrived at home. The property was exactly like the pictures, maybe even better.The beach was so close and was never crowded, we spent most of the tripon the beach.We enjoyed every minute and it was so comfortable, it felt like home. As far as the little details go, the owner has provided pretty much everything you would need. The host was easy to contact and replied when we texted.We had no problems of any kind and we want to come back only next time longerThank you to our host for sharing his property with us

Property was clean and supplied most essentials. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap. Appliances were brand new which made it ideal for cooking and doing laundry.Beach access was excellent and there were no loud neighbors. We loved our visit to SGI.

Very nice stay. Just want to let future travelers to read all the fine print cuz we did not and had no toilet paper, paper towels, or napkins which made us make an extra shopping trip. Our fault, but was a first for the island. Otherwise great stay. Love the distance to the beach! Would stay there again.

This is a lovely apartment. The direct beach access was fantastic. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the beach and the big back deck. Fully stocked kitchen, including some spices. We enjoyed it, thank you!

Awesome place to stay!

The property was everything you could ask for...clean, plenty of room, very close to the beach, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely be staying again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo! It truly had everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants made everything so convenient, and the beach being just steps away (literally about 75 feet from the back door!) was incredible. Morning coffee with the ocean view and easy beach access made this trip extra special.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and scenic getaway!
