Thank you for bringing it to our attention about the upstairs area not cooling as well as downstairs. Since your departure we have discovered a leak in the upstairs ductwork that has caused the temperature discrepancy, and it has been addressed. We look forward to hosting you again soon at the Beach!

We were pleased to hear that you thought the rental was beautiful and that the location was great. We are sorry about the confusion with the outside shower. The outside shower, just like the pool, sidewalks, and parking areas are “common areas” and as such, are maintained and serviced by the property’s homeowners’ association. We were following up to make sure that your call was indeed handled by the homeowner’s association, which our team contacted on your behalf. You were correct, the Master Bedroom was not blowing air conditioning because there was a leak in the ductwork. We appreciate you alerting us during your stay, and it has now been fixed. We appreciated having you as our guest and are disappointed that you felt we did not care about your vacation experience. Our goal for almost 35 years has been to give every guest the vacation of their dreams. We hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your loyalty and welcome you back to the beach.
