Cactus Rose Villa is located in a single level community and has all the comforts of home. Our home comes with a designated parking space and free parking near by. There is a King-sized sleep by number bed in the Master bedroom. The guest room has a comfy queen-sized wall bed. Washer and dryer in the home are for your convenience. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dining area to enjoy meals with your family. Enjoy the Arizona evening on the patio or take your family to the neighborhood pool.

Enjoy a morning game of golf at one of the nearby golf courses, Sun City Country Club and Peoria Pines Golf Course, both have hitting ranges and a bar for an evening cocktail. Explore the wildlife of Arizona nearby at the White Tank Mountain Park, just 15 minutes away! Westgate is also close by where guests can see the Cardinals Stadium, Gila River Arena, and the Waterdance plaza. Tons of shopping, numerous dining options and nightlife can be found at Park West & Westgate as well as theaters and so many opportunities for a family outing. Desert Diamond Resort Casino is also close by for those feeling a little lucky! Baseball fans will enjoy Spring training on Bell Ave., 10 mins away as well as many more dining choices and shopping.

Month long getaway

Property was great location to the activities we were doing. A bit small but fine for 2 of us. Busy street is noisy however only rush hour times. Hot tub and pool were wonderful.

Awesome Place!

Stayed for a week with my son of 17 for a baseball tournament. Great place that was spacious and fun. Location was perfect. The host was great and very responsive. Definitely will come back!

Great location for all things Phoenix and National Parks

Loved the location as we used as our home base and did day trips to Petrified Forest NP, Joshua Tree NP, and Saguaro NP. Great for Grand Canyon too. Pamela was incredibly responsive with our few questions. Convenient for downtown Phoenix and near lots of restaurants/shopping. Absolutely would stay again.

The condo was a very convenient location and the complex was very clean with friendly neighbors. I can't say enough about how great Pam was to work with. We had some changes in our stay dates and she was so willing to deal with all we had going on. Thank you Pam.

Comfortable

Pleasing surroundings and decor. Very clean. Nicely designed condo. Had friends over to watch some football and a late dine in. Couch and chairs upscale leather, very comfortable. Kitchen spacious. Pam the owner responds quickly to any questions thru VRBO. Friends staying at Robert’s resort. Condos location only 4 miles away. Would stay again. Cheers

Fabulous Place

This was the perfect place to come relax & enjoy all home amenities. They want to ensure you have all your personal needs met. I travel a lot & love to be at a place that allows you to feel like you are at your personal home. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to relax & do some day adventures.

Wonderful

The property was very clean and comfortable. The community seems quiet. It’s walking distance to a grocery store and to an awesome Mexican restaurant. It’s also easy access to the 101 freeway, which makes it easy to get around town. The owner was very quick to respond to all messages and very helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed here for a NFL game and we enjoyed it very much. The place was conveniently located near food, gas, store and about 5-8 min from movies and mall. It was less than a 10 min drive to the State Farm stadium. We had a really good time and the property manager had great communication. Would definitely stay again! The bed was super comfortable and they had a Murphy bed as Well.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is comfortable and conveniently close to many amenities. We had a minor glitch with instructions to operate the entry keypad and a minor water leak in the toilet, however these did not negatively affect our stay and all was taken care of. We would stay in this unit again when visiting Phoenix.

Clean, quiet, enviting, close to everything.

Cactus Rose Villa, has been an awesome experience!!! The property owner is a delight to work with. She's very accommodating, in making your stay carefree. In addition the Villa has such a warm, homey feeling, allowing the guest to just relax, and take it all in. The sporting options are nothing short of world class, with it's diversity for all. I would Highly recommend the Cactus Rose Villas, to all of my Family, Business associates, and my friends.

Clean, Comfortable & Quiet

Very quiet condo complex only a few minutes away from U of P Stadium & Gila River Arena. Walking distance to grocery store right across the street. The place was very clean upon arrival & everything worked great. The pool & hot tub area was well maintained & clean. We would recommend this place to anyone vacationing in this area.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was accurate with the owner's description of features and amenities. It was clean upon entry and was easy to keep clean for our month and a half long stay. The owner has excellent quality furniture, making our stay very comfortable. All appliances work as normal and the key pad to the front door was great for not having to carry another key. It is about 5 minutes from the freeway, and the nearest grocery store is within walking distance. There is also a great shopping center at the freeway entrance with a movie theater, shopping, and dining options. The owner was able to provide accurate and prompt responses about the property and details of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family due to the many reasons listed above!

Beautiful for the price. Pool was closed due to issue with the gate but not the owners fault.

Great vacation! The place had everything we needed and more: toiletries, silver ware, complimentary coffee and tea, extra blankets, high quality mattresses, books, board games, art on the walls...I was very impressed.

The property was awesome!

The condo was beautiful. We felt at home and it made our time there relaxing. The only glitch was a small problem with the pool area being closed but that was not the fault of the condo owners and they took amazing care of us to make that situation right. They are amazing people to rent from and would definitely rent the property again.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love coming to this condo in Peoria. It is a peaceful get away for us with a lot of things to do, if we want to. Park West has covered sitting places, movie theatre and dining. They also host a Farmer's Market that feels like a small home town market. Westgate has a water park for the kiddos to play in and free music on Friday nights. It's a nice family night out with ice cream or frozen yogurt near by. .. well lots of other things too but.. ice cream... yummm ;) Check out their website for their events. I love to go to the White Tank mountains for exploring and hiking and Dennis loves to golf. He has a lot of choices close by, so he is very happy! Cactus Rose is such a wonderful little place, it really is nice to just kick back and relax, and yet.. it's so close to do all the fun stuff if we want to.

We enjoy taking coffee on the patio or to read a book there. The complex has a private pool and a hot tub and is closed by 10pm , they regulate hours available and is not under our control, but it is nice to have one close by. We are usually very busy visiting everything the area has to offer like those things listed below but it is nice to come home and kick back. New River Bike trails, ParkWest on Northern, SunCity Country Club, Peoria Pines Golf, Westgate Entertainment District, Cardinals Stadium, White Tanks Mountain Park, Peoria Sports Complex and Arrowhead Towne Center.
