Gosnold Cottage

This was our first time staying in Hyannis and the Gosnold Cottage was perfect for what we needed. The location was close to the beach and downtown area

Hyannis Haven

Updated, clean condo centrally located for day trips, shopping, dining, shopping and outside adventures. Close to several beaches and Lewis Bay.

Nice Spot

Central location overall, also good location in Hyannis. We were able walk to the Hyannis baseball field as well as restaurants and bars. Property was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Quiet, Spacious Rental

The property was great for what we were looking for. A nice location to several beaches and not too far to walk to the ferry and a few restaurants. The rental itself was spacious, although some things could use an upgrade, such as the outlets and the cooling units. Overall, we would consider staying here again when visiting the Cape.

October visit / Cape Cod / Hyannis

Nice location, easy to get to beach as well as Main St. We forgot to leave the parking pass for 16A. Sorry!! Other than the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night we enjoyed our stay plus the whale watch we did was awesome!!!!

Gosnold Village

Chris and his team at resorts international provide excellent service for a contact less rental. The team is a phone call away. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy the area attractions.

Cute cozy cottage

The place was adorable. The decor was very cute and it was way bigger than we expected. Definitely will be coming back.

Great cottage

Very clean. Lovely decor. Great space in cottage to spread out comfortable. Central location close to shops, restaurants, ferry. Pretty, quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach

Visit to Hyannix

We enjoyed our stay, but would not choose this condo again. The pictures definitely were not representative - really needed some landscaping and clean up. Big brown stain in microwave, no ice, no counterspace so literally no where to prepare a meal. Air conditioners old and so loud, musty smell. Couch cushion was backward because it was stained. Furniture in picture was not what was actually there. Loved how close it was to the beach - that was the best part!

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to now learn that you had issues during your stay. Ice is not pre-made; especially not during COVID. Guests can use the provided ice trays. Cleanliness and safety are very important. The pictures are very accurate and with one exception... the couch cover was removed. All of the furniture shown in the pictures are in the cottage. We have removed and cleaned the air filters on the AC. Please accept my apologies that you were disappointed with the unit.

Lovely stay in a great location!

Very nice place. We enjoyed everything. Only complaints/suggestions: smell of cleaning materials was bad when we checked-in; kitchen could use more items- including tin foil and plastic bags; hand and shower soap in bathroom; should have been told pool was closed. Overall though we were very happy.

While we have had to make some adjustments due to COVID, enhance our procedures and adjust things to ensure a clean and sanitized environment, we appreciate the feed back to improve the unit. While we wish the pool could have opened, we did have it listed the pool was closed in listing.
