Captain Gosnold Village offers classic Cape Cod cottages situated on four acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. Captain Gosnold Village is the perfect destination for vacations, family reunions, and wedding parties. We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests.

Stay at a charming 1-Bedroom cottage in a beautiful setting within walking distance to Cape Cod's warm sandy beaches and Main Street Hyannis. Captain Gosnold Village is ideally located within a short walk from three of the Cape's best beaches and nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor. These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. We are family-oriented and offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to 21st century guests.

Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming 1-Bedroom cottage with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a TV. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage features air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a 40" TV and DVD player. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with a Max of 2 Adults.

Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Within easy walking or bicycling distance are Hyannis Port and the bustling harbor, with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. Main Street, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life, is a mile away.

The pool is closed for the rest of the season.

Wonderful stay in Hyannis

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Hyannis. The cottage is lovely, well taken care of, and spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is comfortable. It’s located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet convenient to the main road.

Gosnold cottage

The location was wonderful. We could walk to a beach, the ferry and great restaurants. The condo was exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Our Cape Cod quickie

Property is exactly as advertised. Kitchen was great, well stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, and more. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we planned to do. Would highly recommend this place for anyone. Completely enjoyed everything about our stay

First time

We booked this last minute stay in Hyannis. It's A perfect little cottage for two adults. The location was great! The check in process was flawless. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfy, all in all just perfect......I would definitely come back and stay here..

Just what we were hoping for.

The facilities were exactly as advertised. Pictures are accurate. The accommodations were clean and stocked with basic necessities. Would highly recommend.

Our anniversary week in May

My fiance and i went for 6 days at the end of May. Absolutely beautiful area. Although we werent sure where we could walk to the beach since alot of houses closed off the entrances for walkers. We did however drive to Kalmus and spent the day. It was gorgeous. House was very clean and cozy for us. Definitely will be going back

Thank you for being our guest. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your anniversary trip to the Cape. The beach is walkable (Keyes Memorial Beach). If you take a right out of the property onto Gosnold St, then turn left onto Sea St, it's ahead on your left. It's about a quarter mile away.

Relaxing Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property in Cape Cod, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views. The property itself was impeccably maintained, with beautiful landscape and well-appointed accommodations. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bed to the spotless bathroom. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the beach and other attractions. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing stay in Cape Cod. My partner and I were even greeted by a few bunnies here and there.

Wonderful

A great place to stay if you want to take your young child to the beach. Just a short walk to the sound (Keyes Beach) where the water isn't too rough and the beach isn't crowded. The back porch served us comfortably for all of out meals. I was pleased to find that there was enough room for our toddler's travel crib at the foot of the bed, as well as a chair for those times when I had to cuddle him back to sleep. The mattress is amazing on the bed, too. The only drawback was that the window air-conditioning unit would tent to get loud, but you get used to it. The keyless entry made for incredibly easy check-in at whatever hour we needed, and kept us from having to keep track of keys when we went down for a swim or into town. The walk to Main Street and the Harbor is do-able, but definitely a bit far for most when carrying a kid. Great stuff for the little one to explore once in town, though. Most of all, a big thanks to the team at RRI, who helped me out with any trouble I encountered along the way. They go above and beyond to help you out. :)

This was one of my favorite vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Very clean, very comfortable, great location to the ferry and downtown, steps to the pool. It was quiet, homey, and very charming. Loved our cottage stay and would stay again! There was an issue we noticed with the shower door when we arrived and maintenance came very soon after calling to remedy it. There were also some extra handy things in the house like a soft cooler in the closet and some beach chairs on the deck. We loved it!

Quaint, clean cottage

The cottage was quaint, clean and comfortable. Very convenient for biking to the Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket ferries and JFK memorial.

Short stay in the cape

Went to the cape last minute needed want to find something close to the beach found a beautiful cottage everything modern inside was wowed everything you need was available or close by not one but three beaches in less the a 3min drive from the house we had a great three day definitely would love to go back but for a longer stay oh and the seafood in the area is to die for the freshest

Excellent location and a very cute and clean property..

This was a perfect family vacation for us. The location is so convenient, walking distance to both Sea St. beach and Main St. center. It is also possible to bike around. The cottage was very well kelp. Kitchen was clean and fully equipped to prepare meals. We loved this place and would come again. Hopefully next time the pool will also be open. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate our needs. Highly recommend this rental!

Great Cape Escape

My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend and had a great experience. The unit was clean, comfortable, nicely updated and had everything we needed. We could walk to multiple beaches and also to the ferry location for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. The deck is very private and the grill was a great bonus.
