This Studio is in a peaceful, area with easy highway access. Enjoy a very comfortable gel queen bed. And your own thermostat.

Your studio is completely private, no sharing a wall plus you can park very close to your own entry door and a privacy fence surrounds your own little yard.

Absolutely no smoking.. implanted alarms will sound if you smoke indoors. Owner lives on premises. but you don’t share a wall.

Close to Opry Mills shopping center and many restaurants. An easy 17 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Simple highway access to any direction.

Microwave, Counter-top Conventional Oven, 2 Single Counter-top Burners, and Refrigerator. Stocked kitchen utensils, pots pans. Fast WiFi & Roku TV channels with Peacock.

Lots of closet space. And the Studio Suite is 360sq foot

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything. Very clean. The host was amazing, answering all of our questions and even let us check in early. We will definitely stay here again!!!

I came to Nashville to attend the Western Veterinary Conference, and I was not keen on paying for a hotel (and parking) down town, so I happened to stumble upon this studio to rent. So glad I did! The door has a digital lock so it works with a code, making self check in simple at any hour. The studio has everything you need within a reasonable space: lovely tiled shower, clean bathroom, storage shelves for your toiletries and makeup galore, clean linens and towels, extra blankets, TV, cozy bed, little kitchenette equipped with Keurig, K-cups, a few snacks, cooking supplies (including an electric cook top and pots/pans), microwave, toaster oven, and really cute music-themed decor. Easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown and Music City Center, so if I get to come back to WVC next year, I will plan to stay here again!

I’m so happy you enjoyed it. Nobody shares a wall that’s a storage room. And above is also a storage area, but I bet you heard my kitty cat. When I travel, it needs to be very safe and a real bed - things like that make a difference. So I try to offer that for my guest

This was the perfect place for my wife & I as we explored Nashville. Our communication with our host was helpful and quick. If we come back to Nashville, we wouldn't hesitate to book this studio again.

Tammy is very responsive. The studio was very clean and Tammy has it stocked with everything you need. The towels are big and plush. Nice quiet safe setting.

Tammy has the perfect little nook in the Big Town of Nashville! We had everything that we needed! This place isn't located right downtown but you could still walk to get breakfast or see some of the sightings. It was very easy to get an Uber and highly recommend if you want to go downtown as parking is a little crazy. The furniture and the bed are very comfortable and cozy! She is a great host and looks for her guests to be comfortable and she does that remarkably! Will definitely stay again if we come back to Nashville!
