Peaceful serenity overlooking the vineyard, and pastures with friendly horses. Private drive with 2 off street parking spots right outside the cottage. Fully furnished, with well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and new washer/dryer located in house. Three bedrooms, with 1-1/2 baths--1 bath with shower downstairs, + 1/2 bath upstairs. Large, furnished, very private covered patio/ outdoor room also includes a Sundance spa. Great location in a quiet, Santa Ynez neighborhood that's popular with dog walkers and horses. About a mile to the unique shops and restaurants in Santa Ynez. Weekly spa service, whole house generator, and Starlink internet are also included along with all utilities, linens, etc., Our remodeled, designer furnished cottage is perfect for one-four adults, and is available to lease short or long term, with 30 day minimum. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom, with the 3rd bedroom set up for TV room, or working at home. Only one dog might be considered with long term lease, and $200 monthly pet fee. Private 10 x 12 storage shed can also be included if needed. Good credit and verifiable long term income required for 1-12 month leases. Monthly rate is $3600 + utilities

Good family holiday getaway

Good family getaway spot, the backyard is definitely the highlight and has the most room for everyone to be together. The host was wonderful and super helpful, I really appreciated the early check in. My only criticism is that the photos online look like the cottage is farther away from the main house, but they are right next to each other, so there isn't a lot of privacy and the cottage is very small.

Amazing property

Fully stocked everything, as much coffee as you want. Beautiful coverd patio to sit under with lot's of propaine heaters and fire pits. It rained a little while we were there and we still had fun sitting outside under the covered patio. Lots of cosy blankets. The house was nice and clean, the patio needed a little attention. It looks like they are installing a new hot tub right next to the guest house. My granddaughter loved petting the horses on the property. Definetly would recomend this to friends.

Family weekend getaway

We had the best weekend getaway!!! Beautiful home , gracious hosts and perfect weather! To top it off they delivered two bottles of wine from their personal vineyard!!! We will absolutely be back! This property has everything you will ever need!!

Nice ranch in a central ocation!

This ranch is super cute and decked out with so many great details to make you feel comfortable. Bonnie and John were super nice and communicative, as well as personable and chill with their horses and letting us check-out late since there were no renters coming in the day we left. Only one of the three rooms offers real privacy so keep that in mind if that's important to you. For us, it wasn't and we had a great stay at this quaint cottage centrally located to all the activities we had planned. I would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking to stay in this area.

Family Time

Great weekend of food and wine tasting with family in a cozy farmhouse cottage. Close to wineries, Solvang, and Los Olivos, but just far enough for quiet, peace and solitude. Hosts were awesome!

Charming guest house in Santa Ynez

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Santa Ynez. Bonnie was very accommodating and allowed us to check out at our convenience. The guesthouse had everything we needed and we enjoyed coffe in the morning and playing games on the back patio, overlooking the vineyard..

Charming Ranch Cottage in heart of Santa Ynez

We stayed for a 40th birthday girls wine weekend/mom trip getaway with a group of 4 women. It was the perfect size accommodations with plenty of sleeping and lounging space, a simple well stocked kitchenette area and an adorable cozy patio overlooking the property. Location was prime to get to any of the estate vineyards as well as downtown Solvang, Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. We also had good cell service for calling Uber etc. Bonnie was also very accommodating to our group and super responsive. Five stars, we will be back again!

Amazing stay!

A beautiful little cottage gem in Santa Ynez!

We loved staying at this property- such an amazing convenient location to wineries, into Los Olivos or Solvang! The property is beautiful and the horses were lovely to look at! The check in and out process was super easy as well! We would recommend staying here for adults to young children!

Just absolutely fabulous

I highly recommend this delightful cottage in Santa Ynez. Bonnie has a quite a flare for decorating and the second you enter the cottage you are filled with the energy of authentic Southern hospitality. Petting the horses in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand was an extra bonus. We willl definitely be back!!!!

Amazing Place & Location!!

Cute place with lots of space inside and outside. It was very hot (105 - 111 degrees) while we were there so we only got to enjoy the outside patio area during the early morning hours but it was great also!!

Perfect stay for a Weekend away!

We rented Starfall for a girls weekend away and will definitely rent again! The host was very communicative and welcoming, with every detail thought through. The kitchen was stocked, the space very clean and enough space for our group to spread out. The patio was perfect at night to hang out, and we loved walking into town for breakfast in the mornings. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, private, quiet escape in Santa Ynez!

Perfect retreat!

Spent a weekend here visiting Solvang and the surrounding wineries with a group of friends. Very convenient location, easy check in/out process, and felt very at home with lots of amenities to spend quality time with your group. Our host Bonnie had great recommendations for places to check out in the area. I could imagine this being great for families/kids too! Will definitely keep this on the list to return to next time we are looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Fabulous Stay

We had a fantastic getaway weekend at this adorable cottage. The house is situated on a beautiful ranch on a quiet street, close to town and all the amenities. It was an easy drive to all the nearby towns. The house itself is very well appointed and charming, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We were very comfortable the entire weekend and would highly recommend this place. We can't wait to come back again! Bonus - there are some beautiful horses to pet too! What a treat to wake up to a view of horses and vineyards outside your window.

Tranquility in the Santa Ynez Valley

I rented Bonnie's VRBO for my daughter, who was celebrating her 30th birthday, and a few of her girlfriends. What an amazing location. Close to everything the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer, yet tucked away on a beautiful and peaceful ranch. There is a gorgeous outdoor patio that overlooks the pasture where horses are grazing. They relaxed around the fire pit with coffee, dinner, and drinks. The house has everything you could think of. Bonnie was so gracious, and we all appreciate her sharing her little piece of paradise!

Country Relaxation

Great location close to many restaurants. Quite and a nice place for a stroll through the neighborhood. After visiting wineries relax on the patio with a fire pit.

Magical!

This beautiful home is perfect for a girls trip or family getaway! Set on a beautiful property with tons of sitting space and beautiful views. We loved our stay and will be returning for sure! Bonnie was super responsive and there were so many tips provided! Highly highly recommend!!

Beautiful house in great location

The communication with Bonnie was excellent. We arrived and the house is on a quiet street nearby to the mountains for hiking and the wine tasting rooms of Los Olivios. The house is well stocked. We had an excellent time!

Great location and perfect stay

We loved our time at Starfall Ranch. The location is incredibly convenient to town and various wineries and we loved the outdoor patio and fire pit. Added bonus, the kids loved seeing the horses.
