Welcome to our charming 2-bed, 2-bath condo in KC's vibrant Plaza district! Whether here for work or play, enjoy comfort and convenience. Relax in the stylish living area with ample seating. The open floor plan connects living, dining, and kitchen—perfect for socializing and relaxation!

During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

Location: My condo is located in west plaza which is just off the Country Club Plaza, KC's High end shopping district.

Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district and Wesport
5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores.
2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and private bath. If you are planning on doing some work while you are here there is a small desk where you can set up shop. Don't hesitate to open the window and listen to the flowing water fountain outside.

While staying in the condo you are welcome to catch up on laundry with the washer and dryer or surf the internet.

If you are looking for a chill night by the fire you are in luck because the property has a large patio complete with a gas fire pit, a 12 foot tall streaming fountain and industrial grade stainless steel grill. All in sight from both bedrooms.

You can spend your mornings watching the sunrise while you enjoy your breakfast on the front balcony. Don't hesitate to open up those beautiful French doors and let the fresh air fill the house.

While you are here feel free to use the fully functional kitchen complete with granite counter tops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven and coffee maker.
NOTE: There are about 10 steps up to the front door and approximately 12 down a fairly narrow stairwell if entering in the back where the parking space is located.

Uber and Lyft are readily available

Public transit: there is a bus stop right across the street. The party trolly goes to all the main nightlife spots in Kansas City on Friday and Saturday and it stops on the plaza about 3 blocks away.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.

Great location

Very nice to be near restaurants/shopping. Having 2 beds/2 baths made it great for sharing space with friends.

Warm and cozy.

The condo was spectacular. As soon as we arrived, we thought we just wanted to stay there and not go anyplace else. It was so warm and cozy. Every detail is done with finesse including artificial arrangements place perfectly around the apartment. Plenty of towels nice hot water for showers and even a washer and dryer if you choose to wash your clothes, I would say this condo is just perfect. Easy access to the plaza and all the wondrous decorations.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay in K.C. Location was great for us, close to the Plaza. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the little patio overlooking the street. Agree with another reviewer, not a 5-star property but cute and much better option than a hotel. Would stay again.

Great Stay for the NFL Draft

Everything is as advertised. Great location and neighborhood. the condo is well equipped. We would stay here again when in town.

Nice place, great location.

Overall a great condo. Mattress’s were too soft, not enough support for me. That’s probably just me. Super clean and well stocked.

Great stay in KC

House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available.

Loved the wxperience

Place was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Only a couple of things you need to look into. The back steps need to be cleaned and lit better. And the ceiling fans in the rooms need to be cleaned. There was a lot of dirt and dust on the blades.

Quaint and quiet

It was a quiet place and good location and we all felt secure. Unit has only one parking spot. The street work hampered the parking and we needed an additional one. had to park 2 blocks away.

Pluses and minuses

Great location if you want to be near the plaza. Overall clean, and a good value for the money. Minuses are uncomfortable furniture, bugs as you enter the property through rear door, and steep steps. Lance was great to work with. Overall good value for the money, but not a 5-star property.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable

I rented this property for 3 nights as part of her 50th birthday celebration. There were three of us - the layout of the condo was perfect, and since we wanted to do activities near the Plaza, it was an excellent location. For our specific stay, the only down side was not having a rail on the outdoor staircase leading up to the front door. It was somewhat steep, and one of the people in my group was 77 years of age and had difficulty going up and down. It’s a beautiful place, exactly as noted in the listing. We will use this property again.

Quick Girls Trip

The condo was comfortable for 6 adults. Parking was a little hairy, as we were told to park in another spot if our was taken (which it was). This apparently was not told to the other renters and we witnessed others getting extremely upset (not with our party). It was easier to exit/enter through the back door and a light would have been nice at night. There were two used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door, but other than that the stay was fine.

The place is good but really needs maintenance 1. When we checked in there was water in hallway. God knows where the water got in from 2. The beds were super itchy. We tried sleeping on all 3 beds but unfortunately couldn’t sleep because all beds were super itchy ( might be there are bed bugs) maintenance group should really investigate. 3. All towels had a smell and seriously need replacement

Host(s) rude and unprofessional. Rust water comes out the faucets

Hosts are rude uninterested in helping and unprofessional. The property is unkept and probably unsafe. There is rust coming from the water faucets, walls with visible cracks with sizable gapping; Wall paper literally falling of the walls. The property had multiple dead bugs on the floor.

Not a 4 or 5 Star Rental

While this rental does have character and overall was clean, we will never rent it again. This only the second poor review I have given in 15+ years as a VRBO traveler. I'm usually careful about selecting rentals. This one turned out not to be the 5 Star that it claimed to be. The mgr gave us the wrong access code for the back door. There was used dental floss on the nightstand (not hidden, but right in the middle of the table). A window sill had a lighter laying on it. The smoke detector in the bedroom is hanging down by wires. The air vent in the kitchen ceiling had black around it (not sure if it was mold) and a dryer sheet tied to it. Each bdrm has a jar of earplugs (& there is a reason for that). Every step taken by upstairs guests can be heard, as well as all other noises from them. Mostly, we were disappointed that when we messaged the mgr upon check in, it took more than 17 hours for him to respond. So, while some of these matters could have been resolved easily, his very slow response was an issue. Best wishes in the future.

Great location

Nice location and nice neighborhood. Loved being able to sit out on the deck in the morning to have coffee. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue and even ran over laundry detergent when we couldn't find any. Loved the gas fireplace in the evening in the courtyard. The house itself was just as pictured. Biggest complaint would be the living room furniture. The chairs were pretty decent but the couch was in bad shape. Couldn't sit on it as there is no longer any support. It sags in even without anyone sitting on it. Glad the other 2 in our party cancelled last minute as it would not have been comfortable seating for 4 without the couch. We did have to sweep the many spider webs out from the deck overhang above our deck. Looks like they had been there for a while and couldn't deal with them looming over my head when sitting out there. Didn't see any spiders out there but did see one in the house on the day we left. I know it's that time of year and really didn't look for more as I'm terrified of them. I know they treat for bugs/spiders but so do I and I never see a spider in my house. Who knows maybe someone leaves the patio doors open when they stay there. Beds were comfy which was nice. Saw lots of reviews stating the steps in front were too steep and the back steps were easier. I would disagree unless a handrail is important. The back steps had more steps than the front for sure and seemed narrow. We had no issues with the front steps.

Great Location

There were 5 of us and our dog staying at the condo. The space worked well for us and the location is great. The property manager was very communicative. The only down side was the internet was a bit slow and the when we walls were thin
