This gorgeous raised Tybee cottage is situated near the Back River, the public dock and just down the block from Alley 3 kayak launch.
This cottage boasts a ground level area with beautiful flowering foliage and an outdoor shower with a really cute changing area. There are rinsing areas for gear and places to hang/dry gear. The perfect cottage (location and amenities) for kayak enthusiasts!
Moving upstairs, there is a wonderful screened porch for awesome beach naps! How much better can it get at a beach house??!! What's better than a nap with a salty ocean breeze! Also, there's additional unscreened porch area with lots of comfy outdoor seating.
Come inside and you are on the main floor. There are 3 bedrooms on this level; master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with double bed. Also a 2nd bathroom located in the hall on this level. On the top floor, you will find the beautiful living/dining/kitchen area of the cottage. House is configured this way to take advantage of the awesome views from the top floor!
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
Comfortable casual furnishings, flatscreen TV - streaming service only; as well as a fully equipped kitchen* and dining area with seating for 8.

There is a 4th bedroom on the top floor with queen bed. Also a full bath on this floor. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs (streaming service only)

Best Spot on the Island

The house was amazing! We had our girls trip this year and everyone had an amazing time. The house is huge so it’s easy for everyone to have their own space but still reunite for some karaoke and catching up from the day before. We also were given great tips when I asked about what to do. We would come back to this house for sure!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was clean, perfect size for us. This is a quiet peaceful place to vacation. Easy check in and they call to make sure everything was good. We had a great time and hope to get to go back.

Location was perfect, easy walk to the river which is where we spent most of our time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Lots of deck and porch space to hang out in.Communication was really great; we felt very welcomed and appreciated.

thank you for staying with us! The home does have parking for 3 - 4 cars depending on how big they are and if they are trucks or large SUV's. The City of Tybee restricts how much cars are allowed to park at Vacation rentals based on the number of bedrooms so we certainly comply with the city ordinances.

Tybee Cottage

Perfect location for the beach as well as bars and restaurants. Porches are great to sit outside in the evening.

Location, location, location was absolutely perfect. Property was clean overall. It would be awesome if motion lights are added outside. This spot is excellent for an extended stay or a short getaway.

Awesome

Had an awesome stay. Loved sitting out on the porch. Very peaceful listening to the sound of the ocean. Would recommend this place to everyone!!

Great stay!

We had a fantastic time at this house! It is beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for our group of 7. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when I made a special request to adjust the check-in time. Would absolutely stay here again when in Tybee Island!
