There is a door in between the two sides of the home that allows you to convert the home into two completely separate living quarters. There is dining for 8 at a large table in main side of house, pool table, bar, shuffleboard, Golf Arcade Game, Slot Machine on game room side of house. There are flat screens in each room. There is a 2-car garage, plus driveway for parking. Large sparkling pool, massive custom spa that was recently renovated with more seating and jets added, BBQ, & fire-pit! Plus, we recently added a large water fountain pool feature with changing colors to make the backyard that much more inviting and resort like. Plus, a garage full of yard games including Corn hole, Mega Jenga and more. This home has it all! Location, Style & Luxury!

We have transformed this home into a comfortable modern retreat! Don't forget to take a short drive to view iconic celebrity homes such as Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Liberace, Marilyn Monroe & more! Palm Springs is a vibrant community with endless entertainment!

Pool heat is $80/day, spa heat is $40/day or both for a discounted rate depending on your length of stay.

Our guests are comfortably provided for with 4 bedrooms to choose from. Each one individually decorated with their own style, and equipped with flat screen Smart TV's with Netflix, Ruku, Hulu, Spectrum & Cable. Two rooms with Cal-king sized beds, and two with a queen beds. We have also added two twin roll away beds in the master bedroom closet. You can easily accommodate up to 10 guests! With 4 bathrooms to choose from, everyone will have space to get ready for a great night out in the vibrant community of Palm Springs! Bathroom details: (1)Walk-in Shower/Toilet (1st Master), (2) Walk-in Shower/Toilet, (3) Shower & Tub Combo/Toilet (2nd Master), (4) Shower & Tub Combo/Toilet.

Other amenities we offer are a 2-car garage, plus additional parking in the driveway. (Up to 5 vehicles). Bicycles for our guests (Winter Months Only) to take a cruise around town. Wifi provided. The property is surrounded with privacy trees, security gates and cameras to add privacy and security to our valued guests.

PER CITY ORDINANCE, WE ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN GUESTS AND VERIFY OCCUPANCY AND PARKING ARRANGEMENTS. OUR ON SITE-MANAGER WILL MEET GUESTS AT THE HOME ON THE CHECK-IN DATE, AND ALSO INSPECT THE HOME ON THE CHECK-OUT DATE.

Our guest will be checked in on their arrival date with an assigned door code to the front door. Garage door opener will be in the home for you to use during your stay. We provide an information notebook to answer any questions our guest may have about operating different areas of the home, rules & guidelines, and check-out requirements. We want our guest to feel at home & strive to provide that notion!

The location is amazing! Neighboring The Movie Colony & Sunrise Park. This home is located on a corner lot in the Oasis del sol District. The back yard backs up to a busy street, but we have a water feature and Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your music of choice. Therefore, you can play your music, enjoy your conversations with your company and not worry about any neighbors being disturbed. We are just a few short blocks from Downtown; close enough to walk or ride bicycles. Bikes are provided to our guests at all times except in summer. Guests have reported sightings of Hollywood stars jogging by. Palm Springs offers several casinos, golf courses, hiking trails, and tours! The possibilities are endless! Plenty to explore & an amazing community!

This home is located just a few short blocks from the airport. If you would like to take an adventurous view of the San Jacinto Mountains, we suggest taking the Aerial Tramway to see the view from the TOP! The city of Palm Springs also provides several other adventurous ways to get around town, like riding the Social Cycle Pedal Pub! No better way to see Palm Springs, but with a refreshing drink in hand!
