wonderful place to stay and awesome location

Feels like home and super clean along with a nice quiet neighborhood and the location is wonderful with lots of beach's and things too do nearby.

I’m start to finish. Everything was perfect. Mark, the host was attentive, accommodating, and helpful. The property was pristine. The location was so handy and fabulous that you could walk to everything. It was a wonderful stay. Hopefully, we can return again.

This stay was perfect for our mid-week beach trip. Location was great- walkable to coffee/small shops/restaurants and a bike/walking path near by. Close to both Narragansett and Scarborough beaches. Check in and check out were easy. Would book again.

Peaceful, private, this a lovely cottage, convenient to restaurants and other activities. Clean and well appointed with amenities. Hosts are kindly available should you need anything.

From the time we booked to the time we left our experience was five star! The property managers was so nice and helpful. The place was spotless! I would go to this place again.

Awesome Little Cottage

Nice comfortable and cozy cottage that is bigger than it looks. It has everything for a short or extended stay. Cottage was as advertised and the hosts Marcus and Darcy were great. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants/bars and a quick drive to area beaches and URI. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

All expectations met. Great location. Cute cottage. It had everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was responsive and close by.

Great place!

This was an awesome place! Great location too! I would highly suggest to book this! I hope to make it back again! The only thing I think that could be improved, and really is just what I think would be best for the cottage in general, would be that the shower needs a glass door. But the place was super nice!

Thank you for the feedback. It is an all stone shower and would be difficult to have a door and it would be small and difficult to open and close in such a small space. A shower curtain is easier to clean and allows more flexibility.

College drop off

Our stay was convenient to the college and peaceful. Close to restaurants and to the bike path. Only 10 min drive to the beach! Host was nice to let us borrow some chairs!

Nice area

We loved the cottage. Much bigger than we thought. Alot of thought with making our stay convenient. Ie: paper products, toiletries, and well stocked kitchen. The area is perfect to walk to restaraunts for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and ice cream. We loved it!

Lovely

The hosts are lovely and have thoughtfully provided their place with extras (beach umbrellas, games etc). LR/K has 3 skylights and is sunny. Kitchen includes big toaster, coffee machine and lots of kitchen utensils (spatulas etc). Would definitely return.
