This newly decorated 2 bedroom townhouse is located on the sandy white beaches of Navarre Beach, FL. Come enjoy the laid back and quiet atmosphere of Sugar Beach’s gulf front complex. The pool (heated March - November) is located directly across our unit with convenient access to the private beach. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer/dryer located upstairs. One bedroom hosts a king size bed while the other offers two queen size beds and cable TV. In the lower level you’ll find a comfortable living space, ROKU Smart TV and DVD player, dining area, fully stocked kitchen and half bath. Enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, cable, games, books and movies. This property also features a private patio with table and chairs, outdoor shower, and two car parking directly in front of the unit. We have everything ready for your relaxing beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our family of six-4 boys. The convenience of the pool right across was lovely and a very quick walk down to the beach. It was very peaceful and when we went 6/7 nights were silent and we enjoyed the pool solo. The last night was a little crazy but a very large group came and they all met at the pool. We absolutely cannot wait to stay again with Aimee!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved having access to beach toys, etc, as well as the water spicket in the front to wash feet off after the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach to a few beachside restaurants & the sunsets were beautiful on the beach!

Travelled with a few kids for spring break vacation. Amie was super responsive when we had a question- we heard back almost immediately. Very nice condo, cute private patio. Very welcoming, excellent location for walking to the pier, local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nice place. Minor fixes but nothing crazy. The nob on the dryer was broken and one of the burners wasn’t working on the oven. Other than that no complaints. Very close to the beach and close to the main road to come and go from the island. Would stay again in the future!

We stayed at this condo in May for our youngest daughter’s graduation requested destination. The condo is located in a perfect area right on the beach, very clean and quiet. Very much enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Affordable property with great beach access and a nice pool. Close to Destin, Fort Walton and Pensacola. We had a great week here.

Relaxing stay

We had an amazing time here this past week! It felt like home and was hard to leave! It was nice having the pool and being a small walk across the parking lot to the beach! We would for sure come again!

Amazing Get Away

The property was perfect. Apartment was nice and fully stocked. Owner was easily available. Pool was heated and amazing. Short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect for us and we will definitely be back!

Last minute vacation

Everything about this property was perfect!! It's location to the beach was so convenient and the area had many food and entertainment options. The downstairs was the perfect area for family time like meals and games, and upstairs was a great way to separate from the kids and give them their space while we had our own comfortable room!! I look forward to booking again hopefully in the summer!!

A Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Condo in Navarre Beach. The newly renovated pool area was a very enjoyable spot. The access to the beach was beautiful but it was a little too cool for swimming. The condo was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was being able to bring our cat on our trip. He loved running up and down the stairs, something new to him. The Navarre Beach area is simply beautiful, quiet and plenty to do.

The pool is NOT HEATED as described. The pool was very cold and I inquired about them putting the heater on and nothing was done. Everything else was good. The room could have used better cleaning but they did have everything needed for our stay.

Great long weekend!

This is our first time at Navarre. We really enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and perfect for us. They just put in a new shower, the listing states there’s a jetted tub — there’s no longer a bathtub. Not a big deal to us. We were looking forward to the heated pool as listed but it isn’t heated until March! All in all we had a great stay and look forward to coming back to Navarre!!

Cute townhouse close to the beach

We enjoyed our Navarre vacation! Thank you for sharing your little get away! The condo was the perfect size for our family. The host was great about responding and she was willing to help fix things quickly. It was a very short walk to the beach. My only suggestion is for the master bedroom. I am used to a softer bed the master bed was very hard. Maybe get a soft pillow top cover to put over the mattress for guests that may want a softer bed. Overall we had a great trip and would stay at the cute condo again !😊

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a townhome with a full bathroom ans 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen half bath dining room and living room. One of the bedrooms was a definitely a fan favorite for my 4 yr old as the closet had been turned into a childrens nook with toys books and seatinc area. He loved it. There was beach toys and boogie boards for us in the storage area on the back patio. Our host Amy was always very quick to respond anytime i had a question or was passing info along. The pool wasnt heated while we were there but we didnt mind. The location waa very family friendly. Not packed, very quiet, and not touristy which was nice and relaxing. We did noticed some cleaing could be better. Under the beds were super dusty, and the fans werent wiped down. The baseboards could use some cleaning as well but we would definitely stay here again.
