Jean was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation great! The condo was great too. It had a nice pool and lazy river. We loved the ocean view from the condo as well! Would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jean’s property at SouthShore Villa’s. Jean was very prompt on answering any emails that I had. I would definitely recommend that you consider this property for your vacation.

Great vacation in this beautiful condo!

Our family loved staying in this beautiful condo. The rooms and space were perfect for us. The location was great. We enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. The beach was well taken care of and not as crowded. Communication was wonderful and responsive. Our family definitely recommends this condo. Please note that you must provide your own paper products as the owner indicates. Because there aren't any paper products (i.e. toilette paper) provided. Thanks for an amazing family vacation!

Amazing top floor condo! The condo had all the amenities you may need. It’s in a smaller building too so you didn’t feel over crowded by other guests. We will return!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for our family vacation! There were so many great things about the property that made it stand out from others! The parking garage was great so our cars were cool when we did need to leave the property. The pool and lazy river was just the right size for the property! It was nice that there were 2 elevators since the property is on the top floor it made it easy to get up and down without to much of a wait. The unit itself was clean and was great that every room had a bathroom. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean every morning with our coffee. The beach itself was well maintained too! Just an FYI you do need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher detergent and washer detergent because none is supplied for you. Overall this was a great vacation spot and very close to lots of fun amenities for the whole family.

Roach infested

It is a great condo, wonderful location, easy access to the beach. Was going great until we discovered cockroaches multiple places in the condo, contacted the owner. Biggest shock, she was aware of the cockroach problem and told us to use the spray in the closet. Couldn't believe she knew it had cockroaches and rented it to us anyway. I have tried to contact her for a refund, now she won't answer the phone. Contacted VRBO and was transferred multiple times then hung up on after an hour. Vacation ruined.

Everything was as described! Beautiful view, easy beach access, close to restaurants & grocery stores. Only disappointment was the fitness room wasn’t opened.

North Myrtle Beach gem

The property is as advertised. Probably as nice as you'll find. Close to everything. Nice pools and lazy river. Perfect for family vacation. Our granddaughters had a ball! The only recommendations I would have is the living room furniture could use an update as well as the linens that were provided.

Family Beach Trip

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Jean was very responsive with any questions and the check in/check out process was seamless. My family hopes to stay here again in the future and I would absolutely recommend!

Golf Trip

My overall summary of renting this property is seamless. The communication from Jean was clear and she was very quick to respond. Loved the place. Absolutely no surprises what so ever.

Loved the PH view

Property was very nice the only downside was I wish there had been a handicap commode. Other than this it was in a great area, kitchen was well stocked everything needed to cook. I would recommend.

Wonderful Place

Our family was to take a trip to Pennsylvania in June but that was cancelled due to Covid. Then we were to go to Orange Beach and the hurricane came and that was cancelled. Little did we know that all the cancellations lead us to this lovely condo. It had everything that we needed or wanted. Jean was very easy to communicate with and answered any of our questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo, you won't be disappointed. If we are every back to NMB we will try to get this again. Thanks Jean for sharing your lovely place with the gorgeous views of the ocean.

Awesome stay at PH04

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It was clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very helpful. She was quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely book this unit again.
