2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, ground floor, cute & cozy end unit apartment with approximately 634 square feet of living area is conveniently located in Kapaa Town. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Kauai Village, Monico's Tequira, Bull Shed, Oasis on the Beach and Kenji Burger featured on "Diners, Drive Ins and Dives". A great rental if you are looking for value and convenience. No swimming pool on property.

Centrally located on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental. Located next to the Coconut Grove at Waipouli, Kauai one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding. Located just steps from the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike Path!

The kitchen and dining area has double glass doors opening up to a cozy lanai where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy cooking and eating meals in a fully stocked kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities. No BBQ grill on property. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

The Living room offers a 40" Smart TV with Spectrum Cable channels. Complimentary high speed internet and WiFi is also available. Queen size sofa sleeper in living room. The primary bedroom has a cal king size bed and a half bath, closet and ceiling fan.
The guest bedroom has a cal king size bed, closet and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a full bathtub and shower.

A coin operated washer and dryer are available at the property. Parking is complimentary.

**This is not a resort property; No Pool, No AC, No Tennis, No Elevator. If you are looking for an affordable, clean and convenient rental, this is the perfect spot. If you are looking for an upscale resort with a pool and resort facilities, we recommend a different rental property.

Not Bad but Not Great
Pros: close to lots of coffee shops, main roads, shops, etc. The property is clean for the most part. Lots of towels for the beach and showering which was nice. Main bathroom was nice. Kitchen has what you need. Parking right outside. Cons: VERY VERY VERY loud residents upstairs. The residents in the unit above were up through the whole night every single night we stayed. You could hear all their footsteps, furniture moving, arguments, hacking, conversations, etc. There’s also a loud generator sound outside which makes it even harder to sleep. We barely got any sleep during the trip. We did find a roach in the larger bathroom, but otherwise that bathroom was fine. The smaller half bathroom in one of the rooms smelled like urine. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the toilet or pipes, but as soon as we checked in, the smells of urine was filling the room and lingered till the next day. Luckily there was some spray to help with the odor. A door to the bathroom would have been nice to help control the smell and for privacy. Another con is that the WiFi is horrible. Overall this place is an okay stay if you’re not looking for luxury and just need someplace to stay for a few nights. I wouldn’t book again though.

Island hop vacation
Condo is super cute and clean just like the pictures. Was a little concerned about the size but it was perfect for us. Plus who really stays in their condo while staying in such a beautiful island!!

Great centralized place
We did like everything on Kauai from this spot, and everything was like 30-60 minutes away or less. Great centralized place to stay.

Great Deal for the Price
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Better than I expected. Decorated very appropriately with tropical theme - owner has good taste. Excellent location near shopping and ocean. Couch is a little tired and the microwave was weird.
