A fully stocked kitchen should you wish to cook or there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. No detail has been overlooked.

Beautiful Villa in the sea pines community. Can see the sunset off the patio across the water. Fully equipped with all the essentials. Providers beach chairs was a plus. We have stayed in this unit four times over the last several years always happy when it available for our time slot.

Fabulous condo in South Beach

Absolute pleasure staying here ! Rented the condo for a weekend for my adult children coming to visit us. The home was neat organized walkable to South Beach Marina and beach ! Will definitely run again whenever my family comes to visit

Spacious Quiet Unit and Perfect Location

Spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated property. Plenty of clean towels and linens, very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the back door and the patio. We had an excellent time and planning on coming back.

Great Location!

The pictures do not do justice to the view you have of the sunsets over Calibogue Sound! The sunsets were beautiful from the living room and even better if we took the 2 minute walk to the beach!

Summer Vacation 2025

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s villa. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook any type of meal you may want to cook. We look forward to going back for a visit.
