Beach getaway

The house was well supplied with plenty of towels, kitchrn essentials, beach chairs, a comfortable bed. We were very disappointed in how dirty the bathrooms and the microwave was. The bathrooms hadnot been kraned at all. The toilets were filthy as were the countertoos. Sinks and showers. Both bathrooms have serious mold issues. The main bathroom reeked of urine. We foundit was the rugs and washed them The AC wasnt working the first 4 nights. Both bathrooms wete onviously not

Great property for family getaway

The house was very well clean and stocked with everything u could need. Great location to the beach and was just a short one minute walk to the beach entrance. Also close to other attractions in the area. Check in was super easy and the host was great with comminication and was very fast to respond. House very big and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to others and will be back to stay again. Thank u to the host for such a great stay. verycommunication

the property was great. They provided everything we needed for the beach and the house was spacious and had everthing we need for a comfortable stay. kitchen was stocked and the the bathroom and bedrooms were also. we had a great time.

Everything was wonderful, Anne and Hannah were awesome when we needed anything, we really appreciated that and actually got to visit with them. We loved that!! We had an amazing time at the beach and appreciate this home being so close to the beach. A must rent!! Beverly

Property was as listed and offered a great accommodation for my family. We were in town for a memorial service and picked a few days at each end to stay longer. Nicely furnished and in good repair. I definitely would stay again

Fantastic beach location

Great location just steps from the beach. Well equipped house and kitchen, plenty of beach towel and beach chairs. An amazing outdoor area where you can dine outside or sit and relax with a great outdoor shower.

Beautiful house/wrong address

The house and location are fantastic! Very clean and nicely kept and furnished! We appreciated that it was well stocked with towels and beach stuff and that there was a fan in each room and the kitchen is well stocked as well! However the address on the listing is wrong and it took us a long time to find where the house actually is located. Thank goodness someone in our group zoomed in on the picture of the house and could see the house number was 1413 and not 413 like it’s listed as on VRBO. Also, the dryer doesn’t dry well and takes a few rounds to get things dry things, especially towels.

Beautiful Home!

Perfect home for a family getaway. Located steps away from the beach and conveniently stocked with all the essentials for a perfect vacation. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Having the extra space to spread out compared to a condo was very nice. The walk to the beach was easy and very convenient. It made the trip feel more intimate. Everything needed for a great trip was provided at the house. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time staying here last week. The location was so convenient, kitchen was well stocked and the garage had a great wagon we used each day we went to the beach! Made many memories!

Family vacation

First family vacation we had 11 family members eight adults three kids. The house was very comfortable for all of us. The air conditioner worked fabulous. The hot water was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need as far as kitchen goes tons of beach towels, etc. downstairs they had plenty of beach toys, wagons, umbrella, beach, chairs, etc. we had a fabulous vacation, thank you

Great Location

House was in the perfect location just a super short walk to the beach. House has great beds, plenty of towels and kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor shower was used daily. The only issue is the upper loft does get hot, we had several fans upstairs and blinds would be great as there is no way to block the lights from downstairs or outside. I would book 100% again. The house was generously stocked with household items, spices and very comfy. Communication with Anne was always promptly returned.

Nice and Quiet!

Host was very attentive! We enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of Pensacola Beach center. The quick walk to the beach and having no issues finding a great spot to put up our tents was fantastic! I've never been a condo person nor wanting to sit right next to people on the beach so this house was perfect for us! The driveway is a little tight for bigger vehicles (we brought our expedition and my F-350) but they fit. Overall it was a great stay!
