Great property, close to shops and restaurants downtown. Everything was within walking distance. Downstairs garage was great, but we didn’t move our car until the day that we left. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect VRBO apartment, all amenities, immaculately clean and well maintained. Also loved the Bluetooth speaker system I easily hooked up to. Great location 8 minute walk from everywhere. Definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Asheville for a long weekend. The unit is nice and bright but also has room-darkening shades so we could sleep well. The windows along the side of the bedroom don't face any other buildings with windows, and the long wall of windows is far from the buildings you can see, so we could enjoy having the shades open and still feel like the space was very private. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.The location of the unit is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere in the downtown area - enjoying restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It was only a short drive to the Biltmore, Sunny Point Café, and the River Arts District (all are must-visits). Parking was easy and felt very secure. In case it's not clear, in the photo of the parking spots, the spot for this unit is in the middle. We had a VW GTI and had plenty of space, though a bigger vehicle (like a van or SUV) would not have worked because it would have blocked one of the other cars.All in all, it was a great stay and we'd definitely stay here again on another visit to Asheville.

We have stayed at the Sinclair many times over the past eight years, and it's always a wonderful experience. The apartment is well-decorated, immaculately clean, and contains everything you might possibly want. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy everything downtown Asheville has to offer.

Perfect stay. Location is as good as it gets.

We absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect you’re literally in the heart of the happening area. Stay was wonderful, host thought of everything. We plan to stay again on our next visit to Asheville.

Great spot!

We had a great stay here! Nice, clean, and surprisingly quiet given its downtown location. Very convenient location to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.

Great place right in the mix

Really nice place, can walk anywhere downtown. Place has everything you could need. We will stay here again when we come back to town.
