We are taking extra precautions to keep our property extra clean for travelers.

1 twin trundle bedroom
2 queen size sofa beds in living room, 1 double sofa bed upstairs .
3 bathrooms
Large Sundeck with dining table ; family room upstairs
One 6-seat golf cart with seat belts
Staircase to 2nd floor is located outside house.

The house was originally built and rented as a duplex. To make it more comfortable
for extended families we changed the description. It is now a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house
with 2 kitchens, living rooms and a large upper deck. And 1 golf cart that seats 6.

This comfortable, Well-appointed Duplex is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway one block from all Catalina has to offer.

Per city ordinance, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Children must never be left without adults on deck. Overnight street parking gets tickets.
Be sure the golf cart is returned to it's reserved spot between 11 PM-6 AM. Replace fuel used. Maximum weight on cart 800 lbs.
Do not use the driveway next door for any reason.

The home was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. Michael was quick to respond for any questions we had. The home was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and reconnect this home to anyone coming to Catalina.

Perfect location!

Everything was great — just as advertised. Excellent location for walking to beach with children, for walking to restaurants, for getting ice cream, etc.

The house was as advertised and did accommodate all of us within five bedrooms. We found one bedroom that was connected to the bathroom required another bedroom to walk-through the first bedroom to get to the bathroom and to get to their room. As long as you don’t mind traffic going in and out of one of the bedrooms then that is fine.There was no cleaning product for the dishwasher and we had to request that separately.The use of the golf cart was enjoyed by all. And the local grocery store Vons was an easy 5 block walk away.

Family weekend getaway

Our stay was for two nights. The home was beautifully, great location and affordable. Everything we needed from cooking to linens were available. We created great memories and will definitely stay again.

Great place on the island!

We had eight adults, siblings getting together. The house was perfect. We had a terrific stay. It is comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located to what’s best on the island.

Great house - close to shops and restaurants

Clean, nicely decorated house with two kitchens and an awesome deck. Spacious living rooms with plenty of seating for families! We had three generations of family members staying here - it worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay celebrating the 4th of July in Avalon. The home was wonderfully equipped including beach toys and equipment making the stay perfect.

Amazing location & layout

Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with friends here. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants from Angela’s place. Angela was very communicative & we loved the layout, upper deck, and comfortable bedrooms.

Amazing stay

My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!

What a great rental! Perfectly located and adequately outfitted with everything you need for a great Avalon family vacation. Spacious (particularly for this town) with a big deck, air conditioned and ceiling fans in all of the rooms! The couple questions we had were answered very quickly. This was our second stay and we look forward to renting again next year!! Highly recommend!!
