The house location was directly on the Augusta Harvest Festival Parade route. The Harvest Festival was directly next to the house. Ideal for the Christmas Walk or any other festivals. Walking distance to Root Food and Wine, Mt. Pleasant, and Augusta Winery, basically everywhere since the house is located at the Center of town. The house itself was relaxing, quaint, and comfortable. Definitely stay here!

The property was immaculate! Within walking distance of 2 wineries. The porch was perfect to end the day on. Bed was very comfortable as well.

Cottage perfection!

This little cottage was perfect! Decor was on point, bed was so comfy, patio was perfect to sit outside, and in an ideal location to explore all the winery’s in the area! Check in and out was so easy!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend away!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I. We were able to walk to a winery and walk to the Katy Trail. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We were biking rhe Katy Trail and used Augusta as our homebase. Augusta is a beautiful town. We enjoyed the wineries.Our guest house was just what we needed. We absolutely loved the porch in the evening! We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy is a great word to describe this cottage. Clean would also apply, spotless in fact. Perfect combination of a little rustic to match Augusta with charming. What a cool peaceful area it is.

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk everywhere It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

Clean & Charming

We had a great stay in the center of the charming town of Augusta. As for the property, we especially enjoyed the shaded porch, grill and lovely plants on the property.

Location and comfort

Excellent location. Enjoyed seeing the exposed original beams of the house and liked the decor. Bed was very comfortable.

The house is fine. Nestled in the heart of Augusta. Easy walk to the coffee shop. Bed was comfy, nice porch. There is a window in the bedroom that could use a curtain as it lets in alot light. Great location if you're visiting the wineries on Hwy 94. Has a very minimalistic "kitchen" so if you're bringing food, it has to be stuff that can made on a skillet, microwave or toaster. The only place to eat in town is at Mt Pleasant winery or at Root (), so you'll need to drive to Washington (20 mins) or eat at the various wineries.
