Loved this unit. It was perfect to sit on the patio. The beds were super comfortable. Close to bars snd restaurants too.

Property location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed being able to relax on the patio and watch the sunset. We loved being able to park our boat right in front of the condo and take off to cruise the bay at our leisure. We were also able to walk to the local grocery store, restaurants and shops. Management provides a starter kit (paper towels, dish soap), but if you plan on staying longer you will need to purchase some more.

Hello,We checked in and discovered the patio had no power. We were ground level and the smell from the bay was obnoxious and since we couldn’t use the ceiling fan or any other fans to circulate the air we were unable to use the outdoor space. When we contacted property management they sent the maintenance person the next day and he was there for 2 minutes and said an electrician needed to deal with the issue. I reached out again to property management and heard no response the rest of our stay which was a weeks The bbq was absolutely disgusting. I took photos of the bbq grill. The photos are after we cleaned it as good as we could with what we had. Also, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken. For 4 adults and an entire week we were provided 1 spare roll of toilet paper in the 2 bathrooms, 1 small roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a very small amount of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs and one extra garbage bag in the kitchen. Being that we cooked almost all our meals at the condo this was very inconvenient as the description said those items were provided so we had to make a special trip to the store to buy more. I would expect that they would provide enough of the items according to how many people and length of stay.

This property is in a great location! If you are at all interested in fishing, you have access right outside your back door. Beautiful calm bay views to go with your morning coffee and a sunset to remember.
