It has a 8 x 4 private pool with Roman steps leading into the pool, making it easy for young children or older people who may have disabilities. All the garden area and the villa are on one level.

Lovely views to Mijas "Pueblo" which only is 7 minutes drive, taking the quiet country route. 5 minutes drive to the bustling town of Fuengirola/ and 10 minutes to the seaside village of La Cala and equal distance to the mountain village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
Only minutes drive to the many many beaches, which are all safe for children,many being awarded "Blue Flag".
For children, nearby is the local Zoo, Mijas Agua Park , The sea Life Aquarium, Butterfly Park, Karting, plus many more activities.

Long term lets in winter where a discount is applied, electricity will be charged as per the Spanish electric bills.

RESERVATION FEE REDUCED booking deposit is too much for you to pay, we can arrange to get this amount reduced, final amount must be paid 8- 10 weeks before your arrival date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT There is a security deposit of 250 GBP which can be paid a few days before arrival or cash on arrival.
For longer term winter stays there will also be a small deposit taken for electric charges
( this is only taken for winter lets more than 1 month)
