Relax on your couch or in your bedroom and enjoy watching television from your flat screen TV. Enjoy the view of the calm Bay waters on your large, spacious balcony. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Wonderful week

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Close to pool and beach. Very nice property. Check in was easy. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Enjoyed our week immensely.

Beach getaway

The property was perfect for our stay it was decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We would love to make it a yearly trip. The beach was beautiful and the condo was located right off the elevator

Peaceful

We loved staying in this location, it was very clean and comfortable, the views from the balcony were beautiful, we even saw dolphins and fireworks sitting out there! We will be back.

Lovely Beach Condo

The condo is exactly as pictured. It has everything needed for your stay. Comfortable furniture and bed. The bay side balcony was a great place to sit and watch the boats go by. The beach is spectacular. The pools are nice, as well as, the workout room. We had a wonderful weeklong stay.

Wonderful Condo - Perfect Beach Getaway - very roomy

Loved this condo! The decorations were so classy and beautiful. Perfect Beach Condo with lots of room in the living room, kitchen and dining room The bathroom was roomy too. I have stayed on Okaloosa island about 20x and I try different places each time. This is my 10th time at El Matador, but this was my favorite condo.

Absolutely Amazing

This condo was PERFECT!! It had everything you need for a week stay. The view from the back patio you could see the bay. Out of the front deck, you could see the beach. Walking distance to the beach. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Traveled alone

Such a beautiful view of the bay. Kitchen came equipped with everything I need to cook. I traveled alone so all the mirrors in the condo made it fun to dance around, take mirror pictures and such lol.

Great Vacation

Loved the Condo, the whole complex was clean, and the pool and access to the beach was convenient. Staff was very nice and we met a lot of fun families! We love the quiet of the rooms and the view from our balcony! Great vacation, great price! I highly recommend it.

Relaxing

It was very relaxing, took my 92 year old grandmother with me had a little trouble getting a sand wheelchair, but she enjoyed it more than she thought she would.

Great stay

El Matador has spacious condos right on an amazing beach. Units are somewhat dated but priced well. Would love to return soon!

Relaxing and spacious condo

This is a nicely furnished 1 bedroom condo with a large bathroom. I couldn't give it 5 stars because most of the dishes and glasses were dirty when I checked in. I had to run everything thru the dishwasher after that, since i couldn't trust what was clean or not. The baking tray was so oily I just didn't use it. Otherwise - the view of the sound was the highlight of this stay. There is no view of the ocean from inside the condo. You can see the beach outside the front door and it is beautiful. I much preferred the view of the sound with boats and barges going by daily. It is very relaxing and soothing. Overall, a pleasant one month stay during the winter!
